I placed an order with Meilhaus…

I placed an order with Meilhaus Electronic, for two differential probes. I paid. I received an order confirmation. The next day I received Annemarie from them, where they say that they only deliver to VAT-registered businesses and German consumers.
This is in clear breach of EU directive/regulation 2018/302 (EU Geoblocking Regulation), which states that it is not permitted to discriminate any EU citizen based on their nationality or geographic location. It would be perfectly ok to only sell to businesses, but it is not ok to state that they only sell to German consumers. It is a clear breach of mentioned EU regulation.
