The harness and 2 leads that I bought last week are really good. Seem good quality, strong and comfortable to hold. I struggled a bit with adjusting the harness size and I'm still unsure what 'a snug fit' means. Hence a picture or link to a fitting video would be really useful if you could include it with purchases.

Great service and high quality products! The leads I ordered were shipped quickly, despite being ordered very close to Christmas when shipping can be delayed. The flat-woven leads themselves are very well made and suit my dog much better than the round alternatives most stores stock.

I have a young 16month old bull cross bread who is very well behaved on and off lead but the moments where she sees her friends across the road to say hello is where I need the lead to work for me other wise in her enthusiasm I used to go flying too! I had tried other equipment on her and then a friend gave me a thinner one of these which I found worked. The only thing that has worked when I had her in one hand and my lurcher in the other. So, I decided she needed a softer but more robust one and this not only is softer for her but she is even more easy to control. It also looks lovely on her too.

Approximately 8 years ago I ordered two luxury head collars from Sarah and to this day I'm still using them although a little tatty around the edges now. I've spent forever trying to find the person that made me them in order to replace them as i refused to walk my dogs in anything but. I eventually came across Sarahs page again and she was amazed at how long they have lasted but agreed it was time for some new ones. A few days later they've arrived and I'm over the moon. ( Just about to order again for another of my dogs )Amazing price for a top quality product that works like a dream . How many head collars last 8 years?

Sarah was helpful in advising which lead was best for our wilful German shepherd. We have tried many leads and head harnesses - including K9 bridle, dogmatic and halti- all of which our dog hated and would lie on the road pawing at her face. The gentle leader is not perfect - it does ride up a little - but it is so far ahead of any alternative I would give it five stars. It is also lighter so less noticeable for the dog. We got the matching lead which is so light but strong. Our dog is much happier.

Have purchased 3 long leads of varying lengths in the last few months so I know the quality was without question. My latest was a simple 1.5 m with padded hand grip and a swivel carabiner lock, as usual wonderful product.

Ordered a custom made collar with a matching lead set. I’m very particular and picky in what I want and how I wanted it and Sarah made the perfect collar and lead set! I’m super happy with it and would 100% recommend, if you have a specific requirement.. let her know!

Excellent service: prompt delivery

Tried quite a few halties that our dog hated wearing. She pulled so much that the nose bit left indentations. The Meg K9 halty is a soft and much more humane, she still pulls, but is much easier to control and is quite happy to wear it. A little expensive but worth it as it's custom made. Thank you, a very happy owner 😁
