Terrible experience with Megapari. I Won some money and when I expected to withdraw it, KYC proccess began. After every single document sent, they ask to wait, 1-2 days and again they ask for another document, selfie or anything. Then wait again. Obvious time wasting strategy, so the customers could loose money. After all, they decided to void all my bets and let me withdraw only the deposit I made and then closed my acc. Moreover, Megapari asked me about other people I do not know and leaked my private data to others. AVOID Megapari, because they will do anything to not let you withdraw your funds. Many bad reviews from kthers as well.

“Serious concerns about practices followed during withdrawal”
The issue with my Megapari account started on 2 September 2025, the day I first attempted a withdrawal.
Timeline of events (facts only):
2 September 2025
I placed my first withdrawal request.
The withdrawal was rejected with a wagering-related reason.
On the same day, I was contacted by an account claiming to be a “Megapari support bot”, asking for my login ID and password.
Before sharing anything, I took screenshots and contacted Megapari live support asking whether this account was genuine.
There was no reply for nearly one hour.
Due to the lack of response and believing it might be official support, I shared the details.
Soon after, a bet worth approximately ₹50,000 was placed on my account.
I immediately contacted live support again. This time they confirmed that:
The account was not official
I was instructed to change my password immediately
I logged out from all devices and changed my password right away.
That bet later won, and my balance remained intact.
2–5 September 2025
I continued playing normally for the next few days.
Multiple withdrawal attempts were rejected with different reasons.
I was instructed to contact the Security Department.
Verification phase
The Security Department requested:
Proof of payment
Deposit source details
Government-issued ID in original PDF format
Multiple selfies holding documents
I complied with all requests. After repeated submissions, I was informed that verification was completed.
5 September 2025 – Main issue
After verification was completed:
I was suddenly asked about an unknown person’s name, which I clearly stated I do not know.
On the same day (5 September), ₹29,800 was deducted from my account.
There was:
No in-app transaction record
No prior warning
No detailed explanation
A short email later stated a Terms & Conditions violation, but no clause numbers, evidence, or transaction details were provided.
Contradictory responses
Live support initially said the issue was related to wagering
Later said the balance was not deducted by the platform
Public replies later stated it was not related to bonuses at all
These explanations do not match each other.
Evidence and transparency
Trustpilot does not allow uploading documents.
For transparency, all screenshots, chat logs, emails, and proofs have been uploaded on SiteJabber and Reddit, where the complete timeline can be independently reviewed.
I also contacted CasinoGuru and AskGamblers, both of which confirmed that Megapari is not listed, meaning there is no independent third-party mediation available.
