My experience with Megapari has been incredibly disappointing.

I accepted their 100% first deposit bonus, completed all of the required wagering, and only afterwards discovered that despite successfully meeting the wagering requirement, virtually all of the winnings generated from the bonus would be forfeited. According to their interpretation of the promotion, only an amount up to the original bonus can ever be transferred to your real balance, regardless of how much you legitimately win while completing the required wagering.

While they repeatedly referred me to a clause buried in the bonus rules, this significant restriction was not made sufficiently clear when accepting the promotion. A reasonable player would expect that successfully completing the wagering requirements means the winnings become withdrawable. Instead, I was left feeling that the promotion was designed to create an expectation that was never actually achievable.

What disappointed me even more was the way my complaint was handled.

Rather than addressing the specific concerns I raised, support repeatedly sent generic responses quoting the same terms and conditions. One response even stated that "no compensation shall be provided when you did not fully understand the description of the bonus" and suggested that I should have contacted support before making my deposit if I had any questions. I found this dismissive and unprofessional, especially after submitting a formal complaint.

At no point did they provide the detailed transaction breakdown I requested or meaningfully engage with my concerns. Instead, they simply repeated their position and closed the discussion.

If you are considering accepting any promotional bonus on this platform, I strongly recommend reading every single clause of the bonus terms very carefully and understanding exactly what can and cannot be withdrawn after wagering. My experience has significantly damaged my trust in this operator, and I will be pursuing the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels.

It has been more than 7 days, and my issue is still unresolved. The email support is extremely frustrating. They only send one reply every 24 hours and keep asking for the same bank statement repeatedly instead of resolving the problem.

The live chat is useless because only a bot responds with irrelevant answers. The Telegram support is the same—only automated bot replies and no real assistance from a support agent.

I am very disappointed with this experience. If a deposit issue occurs, customers should be able to speak with a real person and get timely support. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before using this site.

I have used other betting platforms before, and at least their support teams communicate with customers and try to solve problems. Unfortunately, I have not received that level of service from MegaPari.

I gave them a msg after 45 min s

Having trouble with various things.
First of all I did a withdrawal via VISA ALTERNATIVE. This was an amount of €2000.
It has been 2 days ago and still nothing on my account. Can take up to 5 days so ok we will see.

From past 3 days ypur team keep droping my calls, not replying my email and calls not answered properly i can't expect anything further, plus it was my fault i choose u as u are third class betting.

Sadly i read bad reviews about this casino after i had a negative experience with them. Was playing a casino game placing 1.5-2.5 euro bets decided i was enough closed that game just to find my balance at 0. Their technnical support claimed that i placed that bet myself. Even bet history shows i was betting 2.5 euros and then changing to 1.5 euros and suddenly i placed an all in bet out of the blue. Yesterday I spend all day long trying to resolve this issue. Customer support made me wait for an answer for 15-20 minutes every 20 minutes and like this all day long just to read by the end of the day it was my fault.
2nd Reply: yes that is exactly what i was told already. My frustration is not losing the money. It wasnt much , Im frustrated because i know i didnt placed that bet. You should carefuly choose the providers.

My withdrawal has been held by Megapari in verification for months.
I completed full KYC in February 2026 and submitted all requested documents. Later, on 27 May 2026, my withdrawal was blocked again and I was asked to submit the same documents once more. I resubmitted everything, including ID and address proof, and also completed video KYC.
Even after that, my withdrawal is still not released. During video verification, they also asked unnecessary memory-based questions like my first deposit date/amount, last deposit date, last withdrawal date, and account number without checking my phone.
So the issue is simple:
KYC in February, withdrawal blocked again in May, documents submitted again, video KYC completed, and funds still stuck with no clear final reason.
In my experience, this is an unfair and endless verification process.
