Ok so I was really scared because I’m a first time buyer and I read the reviews after purchasing. I’m glad I made the purchase The hair was WORTH EVERY PENNY, worth the wait. It’s very soft with NO SMELL AT ALL, and exactly as described, I’ll definitely be ordering again! They are a very busy company so be patient in waiting on replies.
