The hair looks really nice and true to length, and it can be worn straight out the box. However I got a 250 density but it doesn’t look like it, and the hair is thin. Nice hair but from the price paid I expected to receive a full wig, which is why I opted to buy the 250 density.

The curls came perfectly defined and held their shape beautifully.
The lace is thin, melts easily into the skin, and the stitching is clean with zero shedding.
You can literally feel the quality the moment you touch it — nothing cheap or synthetic about it.
And let me talk about the delivery… super fast!
I wasn’t left waiting forever; it arrived quicker than expected.
Overall, this is one of the best wigs I’ve tried.
High quality, natural look, and worth every penny.

Hair was okay, but not what I expected
I really wanted to love my order from Megalook Hair, but it was kind of a mixed experience. The hair looked nice in the pictures, but in person it wasn’t as soft or thick as I hoped. It also had a bit of a smell when I first opened it. Shipping took longer than the estimate, and I didn’t get much of an update until I emailed them. The wig is still usable after washing and styling, but honestly, I expected better quality for the price.

1. The color matches the photos, but the texture, thickness, or volume did not meet expectations
This may be caused by slight differences between production batches or temporary flattening during packaging and transportation. Although we conduct quality inspections before shipping, there may still be occasional items that do not fully meet our standards. We will forward your feedback to our quality control team to re-inspect the batch and further improve our production and shipping processes.
2. Odor when first opening the package
Some new products may develop a light smell due to sealed packaging or storage conditions, which usually dissipates after washing or air-drying. We recommend washing the wig with gentle care products and letting it air dry. If you need guidance, we can provide official washing and care instructions.
3. Shipping took longer than expected and tracking updates were insufficient
Regarding the delivery delay, we will contact the carrier to confirm the reason. At the same time, we will continue improving our order tracking and notification process so future shipments can have more timely and transparent updates throughout delivery.
