So difficult to get in contact with…

So difficult to get in contact with Megahome Uk. Therefore, does anyone know where you can get repairs done for the Megahome water distiller in the UK? I had mine for nearly two years but THE RESET BUTTON NO LONGER WORKS and I’m unsure where I can get this fixed under warranty.
Since I could not get hold of Megahome UK I have tried to fix the problem myself but I can’t remember how to asambley back the parts together. Please advise. Thanks
