We ordered a bathroom mirror with a light on top. after paying we got a message that delivery would take 3-4 weeks, but after 2 months we didn’t receive anything. I called the company and they said that the mirror had arrived there but they couldn’t find it anymore, so they reordered it. after another 2 weeks we finally received it (2,5 months after our order) and it was NOT the same model we ordered! we ordered the Sapho Beta mirror and we got the Beta mirror. the difference is that the Beta does not have a lamp. after calling the company about 10 times, a month later they finally tell me that actually the mirror we ordered does not have the lamp included (you have to order and pay for it separetely), while on the photo of my original order the lamp is clearly displayed above the mirror. I explained to them that this is false advertising and that they should clearly say on the website that the lamp is not included with the mirror. i wanted to return the mirror but they said that i would have to pay for the return costs myself, after waiting 4 months for the wrong mirror. completely unacceptable! we will never buy anything again from this company.
