Very bad experience. Order placed may 18 and never receive. Sent multiple emails to different addresses on their site, no answer from any one. I would like to cancel the order and receive my payment back.

So I while ago I was browsing in google then suddenly a congratulations from google appear and want me to answer the survey to claim a Samsung Phone so I answer it.

and right after I answer it. the mega-deal open and showed how much should I pay for shipping fee.

so my question is. Is this legit or is it a another form of scam??

They don't deserve even one star. They have had my money since March but I haven't had the goods. I have emailed three times but I haven't even had an acknowledgement let alone an answer.
I will not deal with them again unless this review gets results.

Don't be taken in by replies from Megadeals looking helpful, emails aren't delivered. I haven't tried the phone number for fear it may be another scam.

I wouldn't give them a star if there was a way to not give them one. I order my item April 28 it is now may 19. It take way to long to get a item you ordered. I don't see how they have been in business for 15 years. I am not happy with them and don't see me ordering anything else if they don't improve. Johnny

I ordered a mask back in March to be delivered to Bulgaria. I told them I never recceived the mask and would like my money back. They told me in was sitting in the post office and it was not their fault.

The company uses Singapore Post to ship their items. This is the worst tracking shipper. The company stopped tracking when the item was supposedly put on the plane. I had to find an independent tracking service and they said the mask had been in transit for over 36 dayshttps on track dz. After March 17th, Singapore shipping stops tracking services. Trackdz states:

Recently, Megadeals sent me this as a record. Anyone can fill this out. With the tracking record non-existent after getting on the plane from Singapore Express, the info from the company looks bogus:

The company recently sent me a a notice saying it arrived In Bulgaria two weeks ago. Anyone can fill this out to make it look legitimate. With no previous records of transactions from Singapore Express after it was sent supposedly on the plane, I am very skeptical that this is legitimate.

I talked to the central post office in Sophia and they had no record of receiving the item. They said there would be a notice that it had to go through customs.

Please do not use this company. I do not want another customer to be ripped off like I have been and out $19. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau, etc.

They deserve a negative.

Ordered an item over a month ago, using Paypal. Got a poorly constructed & worded email back thanking us for purchase. Uses an anglisized name but not a natural English user!

Haven't received the item and no response to my 2 follow up emails.

Rip off merchant it seems.

I'd give neg stars if possible.

Megadeals needs to better VET the companies they want to promote!

Twice I have had a nightmare mess getting items I ordered.

Ordered masks from them almost three weeks ago. I ordered them THRU Megadeals after getting an email notice they had them IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!

So far nothing indicates the order has even been prepped,much less shipped. I have tried to contact the company and had no luck getting any kind of response.

They charged my card as soon as I placed the order so I expected the masks to be shipped in a reasonable amount of time.

Almost 60 bucks tied up at a time I can't afford to have 60 bucks tied up!

This is the second time I have used Megadeals to order something, it will be my last.

Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.

The last time I ordered from them I had to do a charge back on my CC to get the company I ordered from to get on the ball after four weeks of nothing, then two more weeks before I got the items.

At the very least Megadeals should disclose the parties they work with are VERY SLOW TO FILL AND SHIP ORDERS!!

We ordered mask 4 weeks ago, try to contact now I keep receiving error, we did track it now it is gone I guess, don’t think I will get my money back , don’t buy from them there seems to be no recourse.

Apparently the watch I ordered arrived at the final depot ‘damaged beyond repair’. Have emailed megadeals 3 times now. No reply. The customer is always king, according to their original email. If it wasn’t so awful, I’d laugh.

SCAM ORDERED IN DECEMBER 2018 AND TODAY IS
JANUARY 31,2020 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE WATCH YET BUT I AM SURE I WILL BE SATISFIED. SO FAR SO GOOD.....
