I found the people at megabikes very helpful and polite, I bought the new pcx DX and new helmet and cardo set, they fitted the cardo into the helmet and threw in a phone holder free of charge.

Have been in Megabikes a few times and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Dealt with Cian on Givi outback boxes and found him knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Shop has good amount of stock. Well done everyone

Bought my first helmet and gloves here today. Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about both and other items in store that I asked about. Very helpful and I feel confident in my purchases thanks to his advice. Have been in the shop asking questions before and other staff have also been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great motorcycle shop to do business. Warm welcome and always there to help if necessary. Highly recommend Megabikes. Ross was very helpful when inquiring about buying a bike. Then Conor was great when I needed to get the bike serviced.

I've bought 2 2nd hand bikes here over the last 12 months.both transactions were hassle free due to the helpful sales staff. Any issues that arose (as can & will with not buying new) were sorted out as efficiently as possible by the workshop crew.When I win the lotto i know where my 1st stop will be.

I always deal with Ross when I go to Megabikes and I have to say he knows his stuff. The staff in Ballymount are all fantastic with a wealth of knowledge . A great team and a great Bike shop for all your Bike stuff.

Ola was super knowledgeable and patient on helping me find a suitable helmet my size, color and features I was looking for and Ross was also great at showing me some of the used bikes options. Great staff on both stores (Gabriel and Tiago from the other store were also top dudes).

Very helpful staff both on the phone and in person.
Ola and her colleague set me up with a new helmet and took the time to install the coms system even on a very busy Saturday afternoon.
Also I noticed how helpful and attentive they were to another customer who had some physical difficulties and a long time biker who left very happy with his new helmet.!!
