I bought an E-bike, bad idea.
Had several problems the first 300 km. It was serviced and they told me a tire was bad, so they changed it (how is that even possible), it then punctured on the way home, sitting on the car, not riding it. The nut for the internal tube was missing and apparently something inside thu tire punctured it. Had to buy a new tube myself and change it. They told me the gear assembly was put together wrong, it never worked properly. it still doesnt even though they "fix and tested it", several cables where loose and zip tied to the outside, they promised to correct this at the service, they didnt.
Contactet them 3 times via Email, i want everything in writing, ZERO response. nothing. dead silence.
Worst service and inkompetent mechanics... do not buy there.
