This "business" is extremely shady. They started spamming my inbox out of the blue. I'd never heard of them, nor do I have kids, so I have no idea where they got my information. I tried unsubscribing -- but they kept filling my inbox with irrelevant spam. I then started reporting them for spam... and the emails are still coming. So they clearly don't care about legal policy around this, either.
This is an exceptional company. Our high chair has broken twice in the past three years (I have two little boys who are really rough on, well, everything). Lalo has replaced the broken parts without question. Their customer service is warm, competent, and fast. I also love this chair. It looks good in our house and is simple to use, easy to wash. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience shopping with Lalo. After purchasing their beautiful high chair it arrived quickly, assembly was easy, it blends in beautifully with the rest of my furniture and most importantly my baby is comfortable and safe when eating solids. I highly recommend Lalo's products for expecting and new parents.
