Ex display and soiled
I bought some shoes in the sale but they arrived dirty and spotted on the upper as had been ex-display. I returned them and received a refund for the returns postage. I always support small local businesses so this was unfortunate

Old stock and display models do get tried on unfortunately and as a small, family run indie business we can't afford to hold lots of stock.
We wouldn't advertise this in the product description if that's what you were referring to as it's generic description. However, we should have flagged it to you when we sent it out, i guess the girls missed this when packing so apologies for that.
We do normally contact the customer if spotted and offer a discount. Again, sorry this has not happened.
Try one of the major commercial websites who may have fresh stock of the trainer you're trying to get and lots of sizes, may be better for you.
Also, we saw they were slightly dirty on the sole, we couldn't see any scuffs though, do you have anymore specific info on that?

Lack of basic service
Purchased two items, charged for both. One out of stock so you ask me what I want to do - that’s fine but how can you charge me for something you don’t have. Ask for refund, no response. Send another email - no response. This isn’t customer service
Just seen a response - yes emailed three times after I left the review, what an amazing coincidence. I used to be a regular purchaser when you had the shop in Greenwich, on the basis of your response don’t worry, I won’t be shopping with you again.

That’s such a shame from a former regular customer who if was a regular customer would know us better.
