Thanks for your review, first of all sorry for the delay. I've looked at the order and saw that an email was sent on the day of your order with an explanation of the unexpected delay and the question whether you would like to wait for it or not. Because we had not received any feedback, a reminder was sent three days later, could it be that this ended up in your spam? I would like to hear from you so that we can decide whether you still want to wait until your order is available or whether you would rather cancel it.
As for the review request, to increase reliability it is sent fully automatically and we have no influence on this. I can imagine this may seem strange if the package hasn't arrived yet, but we value honest reviews!
