Extremely poor experience with Meesho as a seller. My account was blocked instantly, but my settlement has been pending for nearly 2 months. Returned items were tampered, stolen, or missing, causing ₹10–15K loss. Claims with photo/video proof were marked as “fraud” without explanation, and I cannot raise new issues after the block. No real support or resolution. Not recommended for sellers.

When i contacted to customer support, they rejected missing complaint and customer support is not responding properly, Saying not eligible,we can not help. I ordered a mobile charger through Meesho on 11/02/2026. It was not despatched even by 16th. When I tried to cancel my order at 10 am on 17th, Meesho showed a popup saying product would be despatched in 2 hrs. At 4 pm the same message was shown. I have no faith in Meesho and hope it shuts down for good, the sooner the better. Saving grace is they returned my money within minutes of cancellation.

Worst service I have not got the product in 20 days and have been contacting the team for the past 10 days the agent who spoke was mr Deepanshu and that man says that the details are not available in my dashboard. Meesho team please make sure you provide proper training to your agents before you onboard them that guy and the people who spoke with me before don’t know how to handle a query. My order ID is #2448216337062712. I placed an order in the name of Shaista and made full online payment. I did not receive any OTP, call, or delivery.
When I opened the app, it was showing that my parcel was already received, even though I never got it. I contacted customer care, and they said they would check. Later, I saw that my complaint was closed without my permission.
When I called again, customer care said I had shared an OTP, which is completely false. I never received any OTP at all. I asked them to prove it, but they had no proof and said they cannot connect me with the backend team.
This is clearly a fraud. I believe many customers have faced similar losses.
I request everyone not to make online payments on Meesho, otherwise you may face the same problem like me.

Meesho Return Policy Is Destroying Small Sellers – Urgent Management Attention Required
I am a Meesho seller and I want to highlight a very serious issue that is slowly destroying small sellers on this platform.
In the last one month, my total sales were approx ₹85,000, but my actual bank settlement was only ₹24,000. The reason is extremely high returns (around 27%) — most of them without any genuine reason.
In the majority of return cases, customers select fake reasons such as:
Received completely different product
Change of mind
Product delivered late
In these cases, there is no fault of the seller, yet the seller bears the full loss — product cost, logistics, and heavy return charges.
Another major concern is arbitrary return charges. For the same product and quantity, Meesho charges different return fees — sometimes ₹175, sometimes ₹200 — without any clear explanation or transparent calculation.
The current return policy is highly biased in favor of buyers and is encouraging misuse. Honest sellers are being punished, while customers are learning that they can return products without accountability.
Small sellers start their business with limited capital and high hopes. Such policies are pushing them into losses and forcing them to shut down.
I sincerely request Meesho management to:
Implement proof-based returns for serious allegations like “different product”
Fix uniform and transparent return charges
Protect genuine sellers from fake returns
If corrective action is not taken, this policy will severely damage trust in the entire Indian e-commerce ecosystem.

DUE TO SHADOWFAX’S POOR SERVICE I MISSED MY SLA 2 TIMES. EVEN AFTER RAISING MULTIPLE SUPPORT TICKETS WITH MEESHO, NOT A SINGLE ACTION WAS TAKEN. NO RESOLUTION, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NOTHING.
