Excellent Customer Service
Meermin customer service is prompt, professional, and very helpful. I was stuck between which size I should choose and upon contacting their customer service on their email, I received very accurate and helpful responses which helped me choose the right size based on 3 foot measurements. All of this was done online between two different parts of the world and without the hassle to visit a shop (which did not exist anyway in my country). Thank you Meermin and I await to test the quality of the shoes (11.5 Black Calf - G) once it arrives!

The shoes are fantastic, but unfortunately the shoe trees don’t really fit inside, even though they are supposed to be for this shoe size. Shipping went smoothly and the delivery arrived quickly. However, the shoe trees are quite frustrating…

Disappointing.
I ordered 102635 - BLACK FREUDENBERG shoes which are advertised to have JR soles. The shoes the were sent to me do not have JR soles. Clearly JR soles are a premium sole and I was disappointed that this switch was made. If JR soles are no longer available it should have been removed from the product description and specs on the website.

Great quality: both shoes and staff
The support staff is very responsive and friendly, they go above and beyond to help. Every question I had was answered, and every concern addressed. I never had full leather dress shoes before, and the support staff at Meermin made the process very easy.
The shoes are great quality for the price. The break in period is a little rough, but that's expected for real, full leather shoes. I have two pairs now, and I plan to get more.

Lovely products, not great service at their Madrid store on Salamanca.
Lovely products. However the saleswomen at the shop could at least offer a smile. I was the only one in the shop and she couldn’t be bothered to smile and stayed behind the countered.
When asked to try on pair of shoes, only offered one. Understand if she was busy. Not great service.
On the other hand the products are great.
