Hi guys :)) Soooo my experience with meepo (sience april 2025 start till now september 2025) I bought my first pro e-board "voyager x" aka the Beast. Its Hella fun and the adrenaline is to additive hahaha buttttt it got broken twice my board...
Its part of the game it can happen but with the support of meepo its no problem. Made a clear video, explained it well and they got you. Never experienced this good service from ANY company in my life, other company's can learn from that.
Custom service: also CS is so kind and helpfull and quite fast, faster then me xD. I got helped by Lora just top tier she is 10/10

Very good products and the support client is very efficient.
Had a free upgrade (+160€ free) because my product were out of stock.

The shipping information was not very clear, but i asked them about it and turns put it took too long for me, but i asked for a refund and quickly received it, all of the process was very quick and simple, great customer service

TLDR: If you're doubting whether to get Meepo - DO IT!

I reached out to check if I could get a board delivered to the Netherlands sooner than the June estimate (didn’t want to miss half the summer 😅), and Nils from support went way above and beyond.

He didn’t just give me the usual “out of stock” answer — he broke everything down, explained what was in stock, what might be better for my riding style, even considered that I ride in a country where e-boards are technically illegal (lol). And then — wild part — he checked with their influencer manager to see if he could snag a promo board early for me. And made it happen.

On top of that, he fixed a website bug mid-convo, applied a discount code, and made sure it shipped before their holiday break. All within a few hours. Felt like chatting with a friend who just really wanted to help.

Honestly, this was hands down the most thoughtful and epic support interaction I’ve had with any brand, ever. Massive thanks to Nils and the Meepo team — I’m officially a Meepo rider for life 🙌

I was on a Facebook page making an inquiry to the community about a burnt out circuit board. I was approached by Bonnie Meepo who offered to help. Initially I was a bit dubious, but Bonnie was legit. She organised a new component and charger to be sent to me free of charge. Very happy with Meepo's after sale service and very happy with Bonnie. She is a credit to Meepo.

I really got the answer I wanted. Everything was done very quickly.

Nothing more to say except that everything is perfect, the team is present at all times for regular and attentive follow-up for any questions, orders are processed quickly and carefully, I can only recommend for beginners or thrill seekers.

The customer and after sale service is realy high. I ordered the meepo mlr and this board is just a dream. Like snowboarding on the steepest decline. Extreme precision cornering, high speed stability and power that is only usable if you are expierienced rider with caution and a footbinding. Acceleration is just out of the world. Feels like 3 sec from 0 to top speed Abnormal great board, especially for the price, this feels like a 5k board for half the price...
