Mee has quite possibly the worst…

Mee has quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and their products aren’t any better. I made the mistake of buying their Bluetooth transmitter before a flight to share audio watching iPad movies with my wife. It didn’t work. No big deal. $70. I contacted Mee when we made it home asking for a return. Mee told me to take the return back to Best Buy. I informed them that because their packaging plainly states with a large red exclamation point “DO NOT RETURN THIS ITEM TO THE STORE” Best Buy had already refused my return and told me to contact Mee support. I provided this information two weeks ago and have still heard nothing from Mee. What a waste.

Stay away from MEE

I purchased my FIRST set of headphones, a HP-AF68-CMA - Matrix Cinema Bluetooth Headphones, directly from MEE. My headphones physically broke. They told me they didn't keep records of sales and since I no longer had the receipt, they could not warranty the headphone set which was now in two pieces.

I wasn't happy with that but had enjoyed the headphones so bought a 2nd identical pair from Amazon since MEE does not maintain customer records and I know Amazon does. 4 months later, the 2nd pair of headphones break in exactly the same place as the first set I bought. I submitted the receipt from Amazon to MEE for a warranty claim but MEE denied it since I didn't purchase it directly from them. MEE pointed me to Amazon for a warranty claim. Evidently no one at MEE has ever purchased anything from Amazon else they would know that Amazon ONLY takes returns for 30 days after your purchase. Any remaining warranty lies with the manufacturer UNLESS your manufacturer is MEE and if that's the case, MEE won't validate the warranty and simply refers you back to Amazon which is a complete waste of time. Your end result is a 30 day guarantee with Amazon. Period. Stay very clear of these people. Unethical behavior like this will hopefully lead them to closing their doors. I have bought and paid for 2 headphone sets and despite my best efforts, might as well just flushed my money down the toilet.

No replacement within warranty

There was an issue with the foam tips of my headphones which was due to packaging and/or storage before purchase. The Mee Audio customer support couldn't help and said the item was purchased already 2 months ago (which in my opinion is almost new). There should actually be 2 years warranty for items purchased in Germany but they just told me to write to the manufacturer of the foam tips.

Lifetime replacement program not working

I bought a few iem headphones from their website in 2016. Since then I bought at least 3 replacement cables which were of good quality. They are advertising almost all of their iem headphones with a life time replacement program where you are supposed to get the headphones at half price when damaged or whatever. I tried to make use of this after 4 years of enjoying the Pinnacle P1 because they got run over by a car and broke. I wrote a few emails but they refuse to read my emails properly and do not enter into my request. Very disappointing and actually false advertising after all.
2 stars because I was mostly content with their products. The support was a real joke.

QUALITY ZERO

UNFORTUNATELY, I bought the two versions of their adapters. A SUCK‼‼ In both cases, after 4 months of normal use the battery was no longer recharged, obviously making it impossible to use the devices. The second adapter, BTX2, was a refurbished version, with a RIDICULAR warranty of ONLY 90 days‼ ️‼ ️ And now I stop here cause I want to be "forgiving" with this band of "honest". SHAME‼ ️‼ ️
