Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a small mix up with my order a couple weeks back so I emailed them with a picture of my order and my order info, and they responded almost immediately and shipped me the missing items that day.
I ordered since april, the delivery took 4 months to get to Budapest!! Meanwhile I asked for a refund several times but I was told to just wait until package comes.
End of july they email me saying they refunded the amount and the package is a gift fir inconviences.
I NEVER GOT THE REFUND it’s been about 2 months now. No one answers when I email them about it. I asked them to post the package back to them for my money.
