Breath of fresh air!

I absolutely loved how warm, friendly, supportive, caring & knowledgeable the nurse was in speaking with me & the manner in which she helped & handled my situation was a breath of fresh air as it felt as though I’ve known her forever! :D

NO NOT order from this deceiving…

NO NOT order from this deceiving company. I told them not to refill the GLP-1 but they went and charged my credit card. Now they are stating that the charge was refunded but it was not. I now have to get American Express involved with this. I've paid $299 but nothing to show for it. DO NOT - REPEAT - DO NOT order from them!

I loved that the medication was working…

I loved that the medication was working well for me but i did not like that when i was told it was going to be $200 the next month is double. I felt like it was a way to bully people into having to pay more now that they are on a medication an if u want to continue now the price is double

MEDVI -Billing Practices

Updated: Medvi still will not refund for services not rendered. I still stand on the fact that I was never evaluated by a provider nor received medication AND requested a cancellation within one hour of joining the service. Given the numerous complaints related to billing and refund practices, it is obvious that MEDVi is unethical at best and deceptive at worse. They will eventually get caught. On June 22, I initiated a subscription for two weight loss medications. I received confirmation of such and then was directed to book a provider appointment. I booked the appointment then cancelled the appointment and the subscription service in less than 5 minutes. The cancellation process was convoluted and it took two attempts to finally complete the online process. I received a call from a MEDVi agent , I believe to confirm cancellation. I asked when I would receive a full refund and was eventually told that since I enrolled in a subscription plan that I was ineligible for any refund. Given that my enrollment and cancellation all took place within one hour and that I did not have an initial provider meeting which determines my eligibility I should receive a full refund. I have since found several online complaints about Medvi and their deceptive billing practices. I filed a written complaint with Delaware Better Business Bureau and Delaware Attorney General’s Office. I also cancelled my debit card and filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Please do your due diligence before engaging with this organization.

I signed up for 149 per month and no…

I signed up for 149 per month and no change in cost even with dosage changes . My invoice say 149. But on my credit card the charges were 299. A month. I contacted them and they said it was an introductory price. I never saw or was told that the price would changed. I feel like a fool to fall for this scam. Yes, the sales people were nice but it is a trick. Don’t fall for ii .
