The BEST Medical Careers Workshops to prepare students for a future career in medicine!

The medical careers workshop was an outstanding and enriching experience for students interested in healthcare. Delivered by practicing medics, the sessions provided excellent detail and real-world insight into the profession. Students were exposed to key topics such as medical ethics and even had the opportunity to learn how to interpret X-rays, giving them a genuine taste of clinical decision-making.

One of the greatest strengths of the workshop was the chance to meet healthcare professionals at all levels, allowing students to ask questions, gain practical advice, and better understand different career pathways. Despite covering complex and challenging material, the workshop was delivered in a way that students found fun, engaging, and incredibly informative. Overall, it was a highly valuable experience that both inspired and educated aspiring medical professionals.

Meducators

I have worked with this company, providing both a mock MMI interview and a get-into-medicine workshop. Meducators is clearly focused on helping young people get interested in a career in healthcare (medics/vets/dentists) and has a good amount of resources and facilitators to run effective sessions. The staff are knowledgable on the topics and happy to provide extra advice when needed. I would recommend to anyone wanting to pursue a degree in healthcare and needing help for interviews or applications.

Amazing!!

It was very educative and great fun. Learnt a lot about ethics and how it’s very difficult to judge morally and not to use external factors or age to bias end judgement and to assess each situation carefully. Also enjoyed the practical side of suturing and finding BP.

I think medicine is the career for me…

It was really engaging and each station was very interesting and I learned a lot of new information about the ethics of medicine and also the steps needed to be taken before being taken to A & E, but my favourite part was suturing the banana and measuring blood pressure using the manual sphynomanometer and I also feel that they should have more stations because when it ended I felt like I would like to know more and learn more skills.

Engaging, informative session

It was really informative and interactive. The doctors made us think deeply and reflect insightfully, and I thoroughly enjoyed the ethical debates. The hands-on activities were also super interesting and I loved practising doing sutures. The doctors were kind and helpful, and it was so fun and lovely to chat with them and engage in discussion with them. I learnt a lot and enjoyed the workshops.
