Words cannot describe just how happy I am, I really lost my confidence over the years and especially due to my discoloured teeth, and when I found out how much it would cost me to get veneers in the UK I was horrified at how expensive it would be. Thankfully one of my old friends I ran into told me about Medtrip4u, so I contacted them to see how much the Hollywood smile would cost and I was shocked at the difference in price and was so excited to go to Istanbul. I had I had the good fortune of hearing about Medtrip4u from a friend who had her gastric bypass surgery completed with the company and not only had a very successful outcome from the surgery but she also was very impressed by the service Medtrip4u offered. I've always wanted to have a beautiful Hollywood Smile, I needed extensive work done on my teeth, including implants to achieve my full Hollywood Smile. I had been putting it off for too long and was anxious about the price for having my teeth done at home in Kuwait. My mother's health had been gradually deteriorating over the past decade. She kept going to appointments, from one specialist to another, because of her dangerous level of diabetes and high blood pressure. The public healthcare doctors kept delaying my mother's much needed gastric sleeve operation, while the private doctors charged ridiculous costs, each more expensive than the last....

I came across an article on my Facebook news feed which had the title “Gastric Sleeve; 10 most common questions” or something along those lines. As I was in the phase of researching about the gastric sleeve operation, I became all the more intrigued by it - and unlike the pop-up ads from other companies which tried to sell me the gastric sleeve, this page was actually sharing valid information. This post redirected me to the official website of Medtrip4u and I was amazed by the amount of free information available on their blog. This blog was very persuasive in helping my mother reach her decision... At this point, I would contact Medtrip4u via their website, to see if they had any special offers for travel, accomodation and the gastric sleeve treatment. We were put in touch with an incredibly helpful and kind gentleman named Amin, who had no trouble answering my questions and provided very satisfactory answers.
I learned a lot from Amin and he was always available to provide answers or assistance when we needed it. We were offered a fantastic price and they gave us the name and address of our lovely hotel, along with some images to add to our enthusiasm!

On arrival, we were greeted by the most welcoming and lovely Mia, followed by our personal driver Osjan (sorry if I misspelled his name), who was also very cheerful and all smiles! We felt very special and I genuinely believe that this advanced level of customer service is were Medtrip4u excels. Everyone involved in the service of our trip were so kind and understanding that we could immediately recognize the clear difference from any such service back home! Moving on... we arrived to our luxurious 5 star hotel with which we were highly pleased, because we needed a good night's rest after an exhausting travel. The following morning, we were brought to a private hospital to have a consultation with the surgeon Dr Gokman in relation to my mothers gastric sleeve surgery. He was really nice and also spoke good English. Mia was also there to make us feel comfortable and to constantly reassure us and provide as much information as possible. It’s truly amazing how well they managed to tame my mother's fear of the surgery - and she was actually laughing just five minutes before going under anaesthetic. The surgery only lasted one hour and my mother was back upstairs in the private room which was provided for her. After the surgery, she was feeling a bit sore and groggy from the anaesthesia but she was so happy that it was all over - and it would be all up hill from there...

It has now been three months since my mother's gastric sleeve surgery and she has lost a total of 25kg. Overall, she is feeling so much better, her blood pressure seems normal and for once in a very long time, we are not checking it daily, but maybe once every two weeks - only when she overworks around the house! She continues to feel amazing and she said that her only regret is not taking action sooner!

I have made the best decision of my life by choosing Medtrip4u. I had the gastric sleeve done 1 month ago. Before going ahead I enquired about all the information that I needed. Amin was my Medical consultant who I was in touch with after my initial contact with Medtrip4u and he was by far the most nicest, informative and patient person. He gave me all the information that I needed. He was always there to answer all my endless questions very promptly and very organised. Before my surgery I met with the lovely Mia who stayed with me in the hospital whilst having all the necessary pre op tests. This was quite daunting but she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Mia was very easy to talk to, and she was very friendly and honestly without her I don't know how I would have managed she really is amazing at putting your worries to rest. I really thought I would be so much more terrified going in for my Gastric sleeve surgery but both her and the amazing Dr Ozturk made me feel at ease until the moment I fell asleep. Dr Ozturk even noticed I was still a bit worried before falling asleep and he put his hand on my shoulder gently and gave me this look I just knew it meant 1 thing 'don't worry you are in good hands' My overall experience with Medtrip4u has been nothing but positive and I will forever remember all the staff that made it possible to start my weightloss journey.
