Great customer service
Medsolve presented us with suitable candidates for an opening at our company. We were impressed with the calibre of candidates presented and although we didn't appoint to the role (no fault of the agency) the customer service was great. I was kept informed every step of the way with with appropriate contact (Weekly calls, suitable emails etc wasn't being called every 2 minutes like some agencies do with the KPIs their consultants have to achieve) - would recommend!
