Ordered and paid for special delivery before 1pm it’s now 4pm the next day and no medication. As a pharmacy surely they realise the urgency of getting medication to people? Was told I’d receive an email from Royal Mail yesterday evening.. no email. Tracking states they’ve not even given to Royal Mail yet over 24 hours after ordering. Have emailed… no response.

I’ve used meds for less for quite a while now for my painkilling prescription
This is the third time now I’ve been let down with delivery saying the order is complete and when I look on royal mail it says there still expecting it for over a week and hang now leaving me without any medication
I send emails explaining no reply back
Customer service is appalling
Very un happy overall
And please don’t ask me to reach out to you and you will rectify it like you answer to all bad reviews because I have and you didn’t respond

I bought some tablets from them, they put them in retention, i asked them why got no answer, the date was 07-07-25, i got them this morning 17 day's i had to wait and they still haven't said why
