poorest work, they are unable to understand the customer need. they are sending hard copy scanned certificate which is no more required, i explained them many times over text in their website under my account that RTO needs empaneled certificate they have to upload to my application number in my RTO portal, I request you to upload the empaneled certificate, if not possible from your end, then please refund the amount with immediate effect. your phone is not at all picking the call. +91 9490086504, Paid Rs. 1300.00, since they are not resonding and not reachable, looks like they are cheating, may have raise it to cyber crime
