Today January 9th at 6:18pm, I had the rudest associate over the phone. She said her name was Laura. I bought a vape pen around 5:30pm that same day. Within a half hour it stopped working. This is concerning for me because I suffer from PTSD AND SEVER ANXIETY. I called and the associate told me to call customer service and they would get back to me in 24 hours. This is the 2nd time in a row the vape pen just stopped working almost instantly. I replied with out yelling or cursing “this is crazy. This is the 2nd time.” I was going to continue to say “can’t I just exchange it?” Before I could finish my statement. The associate told me “ Well, if this is the 2nd time you know the policy.” I replied “that was a very smart response. Can I speak to your manager?” She then told me “she is not available. I only answered to tell you we were closed (2 hours early mind you). I then asked for her name. She ignored me at first then quickly said Laura and ended the conversation . I was just in the location less than 45 minutes prior and was polite to everyone. I didn’t even understand why she had such a horrible disposition. I have never been treated so poorly. I will never go to Medmen again. This happed at the Oak Park location.
I have been a loyal customer of Oak Park Medmen for years. I found today that the company put a new system in place and all my loyality points are gone.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. They don't even deserve the one Star....
It was suggested that I purchase a rove disposable vape pen to take on a trip. Took the trip a week later and pen failed after 5 minutes of use. Recharged again for an hour only to have same thing happened. Tried everything and the thing wouldn’t work. Came back from the trip and brought full vape pen, charger and my receipt to them asking for a replacement for a dead pen.
Mars, the assistant manager came over and said she would not replace the pen because it had been 2 weeks since I bought it. She said she did not have time to argue with me and walked away.she refused to give me any discount on the defective device. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and never brought anything back, even when it didn’t work. I paid $60 for the pen. Clearly, their policy is not to take care of valued customers…at all.
I asked for the corporate number to lodge my complaint but have left 5 messages with no response.
I will not be returning to madmen unless they reimburse me for defective device. Rove devises are poor products, and now madmen stoped carry them.
I was so taken back by the rudeness and lack of good human Customer service by mars. The young man helping me said he was so embarrassed and it is not the way to treat people.
I am only asking for a replacement of defective device.
Please be ware that if you buy something from them, expect zero help if it’s defective. Mars told me to call the company myself. She should be fired!
And the manager never responded.
Ordered off website…. Thankfully MARC was there to save the day! He helped me understand what the website was “trying” to offer! A really great deal that for some reason doesn’t translate through the website. I work at home from a computer so I think I am qualified to order pot online. But in this case I was not. Perhaps work on “check out processing and coupon application towards purchases. In short the website screws it up. Marc and crew clean up the mess. Patient Jaime Monge. Thank you.
Ordered a $55 product from the website for delivery. After all the fees and taxes the total came to about $72. Medmen called me and said that after applying my senior discount, my order was below the $49 delivery minimum. Providing that information on the website when I ordered might have saved everyone some wasted time.
