Do not trust this company and I placed an order for my grand daughter who suffers from wee-sing since birth and I thought to give a try in good faith with their wonder product 100% Mullein Extract 30 ML - 2 units.
On the 5 Oct 24 I received confirmation of my ORDER #SV12080 and delivery in 7-10 days .

Paid for 2 units and their web site went round in circles promoting additional units many times over where I rejected every time and finally paid the cost for 2 units at £39.95 + express delivery of £4.95 totalling £44.90.
I was happy with that.
On Sunday morning 6 Oct 24, I just checked my bank account and found they have taken £54.90 and I wasn’t happy with there fraudulent transaction from a different company name Mediacom Webstore & I decided to cancel my order.
Who is Mediacom Webstore? I never heard or dealt with this company ever!
On Monday 7 Oct 2024, I received an email confirming my request was forwarded to the ‘HEAD OFFICE’
to process my request for refund.
Well, as this is just normal practice and expected my refund of £54.90

Well, I am exposing these crooks in the US, UK & INDIA.
I haven’t received even 1 penny to date 24 January 2025 from these CROOKS steeling moneY from GENUINE CUSTOMERS FROUDENTLY .

If I would have researched the reviews prior to my order, I wouldn’t have trusted these crooks at all.
Medlife UK- NEVER TRUST THEM AS THEY ARE SIMPLY AFRER YOUR MONEY.
I will be taking this company through our bank as well as a UK Registered Company at Company House,
operating fraudulently using sharp practice to steel money illegally.

Today we had scheduled a spinal surgery at medlife orthopedic hospital in Bucharest. Firstly, they asked for all the tests to be performed outside of the hospital (??)!! For three days we have been running around to make that happen which costed us $500. This made us think that they aren't professional. We finally got there and they asked for PCR test.. but they didn't accept it as it didn't have a seal.. it did have the letterhead and signature.. stay away, they are too stupid!!

It's a fraud company... They have sent me wrong medicine and took advance payment for that. When they took return order then they said that you will get the payment back on your wallet. It has been 7 months neither I get payment nor medicine. During covid crisis they have tortured a lot. After so many calls and messages I'm uninstalling this app. I have all the evidences but there is no point now. You guys also beware from them and their fraud

I had order medicine from your medlife mobile app. I had received medicine on 13th December 2020. And all medicine damage in packaging. And I had return all medicine on 13th December 2020.

I was calling them from last 5 months. But still not received any positive feedback from customer care. And also spoke with senior person for my refund. But they said, we did not get any response from account team. return policy is too poor and I am extremely disappointed service. Your all team very irresponsible.

I am facing this issue from last 5 month but yet not received my refund.

Such a worst home collection experience I have ever had..guy from medlife came to collect my blood sample..he didn't even take any precautions like using new gloves, etc. He was in slippers and wearing tattoo handwear...he asked me to give him blood sample in standing position...how can u expect a patient..and is it a professional way ??? He didn't even shake the blood sample after taking it ( which usually other lab phlebotomist do)..above all I didn't recieve all the test reports.After raising complaint they gave me the report after a day that too in some other format. God know how genuine it is!!

This is the most unreliable company which keeps on cancelling orders and uses your money. Never ever give your mobile number to Medlife, otherwise they will make your life miserable with hundreds of SMSs choking your mobile. Fraud company.

Don't buy a single thing from there- Fraud company-
They will send unwanted medicines in your order without your knowledge and if by mistake you pay the Amount you won't get refund

Very very horrible response when it comes to refunding money..please don't buy medicines as they make u wait ..I have refunded 2 medicines more than 3 months have happened..and every time I call back they make u wait..waiting time is also more than 30mins..very horrible and heartbreaking..please don't buy medicines from here

Medlife is the worst diagnostic lab company. They promise blood test reports in 24 hours but it does not come for 3 days. When u complain, they say it will be sent in 1 hour, but it doesn’t come. 2nd complaint & they say it is sent, but all false. Complaint should be raised with ICMR & Health Dept

Its a good company with authentic medicines. Also the best offers on Lab tests with quick results( Same day mostly except for tests that need more time like culture etc.)

If zero rating is available, then I wish to give that rating only. They are big online fraud company. I ordered medicine on 13 Jan 2021, they charged twice as first payment not reflected in their system initially, then they say they will refund that amount. Two months have passed and their customer care always parrot same message that money will be refunded in next 7 working days. I am going to file FIR against them

I really fed up with this Company to get my medicine.......

Please don't use this company to buy such a sensitive item like medicine.... from last 10 days they are not delivering medicines and cancelling order at last moment... Better go to Normal Medical store rather than taking risk with this type of online companies.

I have ordered medicines about 8 times.
And have got it almost same day everytime.
Fast delivery, free sometimes.

Medlife is a looting and fraud company . Government should ban their licence for serving in pharma sector as they do not care about people health and criticality of medicine on time. The take money and intentionally delay the delivery for weeks and after 100 calls they still keep on giving same excuse and never let consumer to contact higher authorities . medlife is unprofessional unethical and totally fraud company i am trying lodge FIR against these Thieves help me to raise this concern and let other people to get rid of there harassment .

Its a fraud company and steal money from people...
First they sent conpletely wrong medicines of the order placed and took the money in cash.
Later they picked up the order back in return and after a month and continuous follow up, the money has not been returned...
So now the conpany has the medicines as well as our money..
Customer care is useless and a team of frauds.
