I love my compression thigh highs. They stay up all day with no slipping. They're very comfortable which is important to me since I wear them every day. The size is perfect and gives me a bounce in my step because my legs feel so good!

Medity Health has great customer service. When I called this morning, the customer service person immediately knew my name. I didn’t even have to tell him.
I ordered a third pair of Juzo compression stocking. It’s the only brand relieves the tingling in my legs. I have tried another popular name brand, but it didn’t do a thing for me. I will stick with Juzo.

I called to get more information about the compression wraps I was looking at because there are so many types and needed to make sure I was getting the correct ones, and needed help with sizing as well. The customer service person who helped me went above and beyond to try to make sure it was the correct items, and checked to make sure none were on backorder since I needed them quickly. She placed the order for me and helped with expedited shipping. I know it was the end of the workday and I kept her late (felt badly about that). She was so extremely helpful and I placed a large order. Will certainly reorder from them.

Abdul answered the phone and was very helpful, courteous, and efficient in helping me find the exact product I needed and was able to help me apply a discount to it and have it shipped.

Be wary of return policies and what counts for what. I tried to return what they now claim is a custom item and claim its all over their website that it is not returnable. A 150.00 piece of medical equipment that is worthless and they will not do anything for you.

Ordering is so easy. A few years ago, I used another widely known brand that I bought using the prescription from my doctor. They are made outside of the U.S. and their quality control is non-existent. I bought five pairs of the same size pantyhose (different transactions). Only two of the five fit me appropriately. There were obvious discrepancies when I held them up next to each other. When I called "Customer Service" and tried to explain my dilemma, I was placed on speaker phone. I heard giggling in the background. My Juzo on the other hand, are amazing! All are the sized as marked and fit me well. Kudos to Juzo and their staff!

I placed an order and accidentally ordered the wrong size but called the next day to correct it. I was able to easily reach a real person who identified my order and got things fixed for me. I’ll be ordering through them again in the future.

I had a great online ordering experience today! I was so excited to find my first pair of thigh high compression stockings in a color that’s not boring. They actually come in lavender! What a fun color for summer! Abdul, the online customer service agent who assisted me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the selections that are offered and available!! He even helped me to figure out what size I’d need in a different brand using the measurements that were taken by my doctor. ALSO, Abdul helped me to figure out shipping so they’ll arrive in time! I can’t wait for these to get here! If these work for me, then I’m going to need to order four or five more pairs, and you’ll have a lifelong customer. Thank you so much!! On June 5, I sent an email and asked a customer service representative if they could locate an old order I had placed for compression socks for my husband. Abdul was able to do this for me. She went back to 2013 to find my old order!

I recently had ablation procedures on the varicose veins of my legs and was instructed to wear thigh high compression stockings before, during and for a few weeks after the last procedure. I had purchased one new pair from my provider, but didn't like the open toes riding up on my foot. The pair I blindly ordered from Amazon was a terrible fit, and I returned them. I'm so happy I happened across Medity Health! Their customer service is amazing, and the product I ordered fit perfectly! Now I'm waiting for 2 pairs of black knee highs to wear after I'm finished with the thigh highs this week. Someone is always available to respond to a call or message and answer questions thoroughly! The price is fair also, so there is no reason not to return to Medity for future needs. Highly recommend.

I am from Guatemala. Got my breast removed two years with 5 linfatic nodes removed. Since then I have to use compressión sleeves. I used to buy my Juzo sleeves in Amazon, until I heard from Medity Health. There you can find the sized and colors you need and the customer service is the best. They help if you have any doubt regarding the sizes.
