This review is about the packaging rather than the product, Plaque remover for dogs. I have no issue with the product. However, I'm just curious as to why it was necessary to greatly increase the size of the plastic pot that the 500g size comes in. It seems very unnecessary and just adds to plastic pollution, even if the pot can be recycled.
Ordered some tablets 3 weeks ago, showing dispatched the day after but Royal Mail tracking never updated. Made contact and was told that a new order would be sent out and a new tracking number provided. No contact since, no tracking provider, no order delivered. Have tried contacting via phone, email and Instagram. AVOID.
Its utter rubbish, comes in a 1floz spray bottle!!! Read the other reviews, just a pure rip off.
Their money back guarantee is a load of rubbish. The tablets didn't agree with my dog, so I returned them, and they received them 2nd August. I emailed 12th, and they acknowledged they'd received them and would issue a refund, which would take 3 days. September and still no refund, 3 emails later, social media messages and no calls answered, I've had to go through PayPal and will also be filing a chargeback from the bank. Do not use!!
Tried phoning numerous times nobody answers the phone. Emailed them, no response. Unable to checkout an order so they lost that sale!!!. Do they actually exist???. Appalling customer service.
Ive had 2 separate questions, (months apart) and I’ve tried numerous times to contact customer services regarding them. I’ve tried via email and the forms on the website and got nowhere. I’ve never had any replies and no acknowledgement other than the generic, “we have received your email/form”
Because of this I won’t be using their products anymore.
Contacted customer service as had a mishap with scoop for plaque remover. Asked how many grams l should give my dog? Not only did they reply with amount, also sent me two replacement scoops, which arrived the next day. Its so nice to get good service. Would highly recommend them.
