I phoned a 4 working days before a conference requesting suture training pads and a hand model. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben who was so incredibly helpful and efficient.My equipment arrived in Melbourne for the conference the day before required. The quality of the product was extremely high and fit for purpose. I found Ben has also been fantastic to work with in the development of additional products for future training sessions.

Complimentary silicone gone
Previous times I received a complimentary small tube of silicone to glue the toenails on the models. This time, it did not come

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear your situation regarding the silicone. The product you ordered originally, does come with silicone tube for nail replacement, but the replacement nails packs typically do not include it. We are looking to provide a selectable option to include this with the replacement nails to accommodate this need.

Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service. Medimodels were quick and responsive to my query despite the time difference from UK to Australia. They also expedited my order as requested so that it was received in time for my training course. The products purchased were as as advertised and as expected on arrival and all was in good order. Will definitely order from them again.

The models are good quality
The models are good quality, but they took several weeks to arrive. I had not seen that they were going to come from Australia, so they did not make it in time for our training session.
