Really disappointed with this purchase
Really disappointed with this purchase. The product arrived looking barely filled — the tube appears to contain a lot more air than actual product, which feels misleading for the price. I understand some skincare packaging can look partially empty because of airless pumps, but this genuinely feels underfilled.
The serum itself may be okay, but first impressions matter, and opening a tube that looks half empty is frustrating. For a premium skincare product, I expected much better packaging and value for money. Wouldn’t repurchase unless this issue is addressed.

I love Medik8 products and have been using it for over two years now and believe these products are delivering on their promise and are making a difference. I would recommend it to anyone. Recently I ordered a refill for my night cream and it failed to arrive. Customer service, Victoria in particular, was great in resolving the issue.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed, I decide to return my order as unused, and unpacked from original box. My parcel was delivered on time, but I did not receive refund whiting 2 weeks after my parcel was delivered to the company. I opened dispute through PayPal, and PayPal refunded my money.

Great moisturisers
I love the Medik8 day moisturiser with spf and the night moisturiser - such good textures and well-absorbed into the skin. (My only request is that the tubs become recyclable!)

I’ve been slowly switching to Medik8…
I’ve been slowly switching to Medik8 products. What a difference it’s already making. I was a Clairns girl from my 20s but this switch has done some good improvements on my skin. I think over time I will see better results. I had a recent issue with an order and this was dealt with brilliantly and the advisor was super helpful. Overall really happy 😃

I ordered the Medik8 Liquid Peptides…
I ordered the Medik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced MP serum. After receiving it, I discovered that the pump on the bottle was not working properly. I contacted customer support, and my issue was handled very quickly and professionally. The company promptly sent me another bottle without any hassle.
I have only been using the serum for a few days, but the results are already impressive — my skin looks more hydrated and well cared for. I am very satisfied both with the product itself and with the level of customer service and support. Thank you, Medik8, for the excellent service.

I’m happy with this Vitamin C
I’m happy with this Vitamin C, I’ve noticed my skin softer so far. It’s my rat time using vitamin C, so I chose the lowest strength. It seems that my skin would agree with something stronger, so I’m looking into levelling up next winter, as my skin tends to become a bit drier. Overall, I’m really satisfied to try new products from Medik8, it’s been great for my skin!
