The products are fantastic, the range they offer is helpful. Been using the crystal retinal for years,slowly working g my way up to 20. If you are looking excellent quality skin care and a price thats affordable i recommend Medic8. My godson told me I was aging backwards.

I am so thankful i discovered Medik8. The products have been gamechanging for my hyperpigmented skin. There's so much to love, from product innovation to impeccable packaging that's always a delight to unbox. Delivery is quick and gives me the impression that they take us customers seriously.

Have upped my sun protection from 30 to 50 for the summer. These products seem to suit my sensitive skin. The website is simple to navigate and delivery was reasonable

Very happy with my experience. The order arrived quickly and everything was well packaged. I’ve been using the Eyelift Peptides and already notice the eye area feels more hydrated and looks fresher. The Total Moisture cream is lightweight, gentle, and works well under makeup. Overall, great quality products and I would order again.

Great products - if they ever turn up.

I placed my order on 24/04/26 and have been waiting ages, with no delivery and no updates to the tracking whatsoever.

I reported the issue on 02/05/26, and while Jackie did arrange a replacement, it’s been sent via standard shipping, meaning I’m now stuck waiting another five working days.

I was told that next-day delivery is currently taking the same time as standard delivery, which frankly doesn’t make much sense and hasn’t inspired much confidence.

After already waiting this long, sending the replacement any way other than next-day delivery feels like poor customer service.

Overall, a frustrating experience! Here’s hoping the replacement actually arrives this time.

As soon as my first order of Medik8 came I was excited to try it. I ordered no.6. I like how the product feels when applying to the skin, however it feels to dry once applied. I'm not sure if it's supposed to feel tight n dry, but I feel as though I need moisture as well.

I’m honestly lost for words. I’m still in shock at how quickly customer service handled my case.

My parcel arrived today and, unfortunately, one of the products had come out of its packaging and was loose inside the box. The serum had slightly unscrewed and leaked a bit. To be honest, I only wanted to let them know what had happened – that the box was probably too big and, despite some protection, the items were moving around inside.

But we didn’t even get that far. After I explained the situation and sent a few photos, I immediately received a response saying that a replacement product would be sent out the same day.

I’m so surprised I don’t even know what to say. That said, I’m really happy with how this was handled. It was my first order, and considering the price of the products, I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the condition of the serum.

Huge thanks to the customer service team. And I truly believe the serum will be great. I’ve used a sample before and already saw results.

I like my last product which I bought a few weeks ago -serum with vitamin C . I took time before expressing my opinion and now I can assure that it very good. Actually as good as all the other products from Medik8.
