Purchased a CoolMed classic 2-8 degrees medicine case. Very good product. Followed the instructions to try before travel and how to use. Had a 15 hour travel day and medication was kept at the correct temperature. Delivered on time. Kept updated on delivery date.

My old Blood Pressure monitor had stopped working. Went on the MediGenix chat on their website and spoke to Emma who guided me through a couple of tests on the monitor. She couldn't identify the fault so offered to replace it even tho its was out of guarantee. Brilliant service: five start for having a chat feature attached to a real human and five stars for the replacement.
