The agency has helped me over the years with work issues. Revalidation and other things. I feel like I’m valued by them. Bradley has been a great consultant. Very understanding.

Receive regular emails from the agency but when you actually get back to them with dates you need help they never get back to you. Constantly having to chase for an update on your request, but they still manage to send the weekly automated email to ask if you need cover. It's quite insulting really. Then if and when they do have someone available you never hear from them again with the details or this clinician is suddenly unavailable. Obviously just a marketing technique. Wouldn't recommend this agency.

The worst agency ever, do not join !!! Very unprofessional they will completely ignore you and not answer your calls. DO NOT JOIN
No work you’ll be at home for months

By far the best Agency i've been a part of. Josh and Michael go above and beyond.

I have been messaging my 3-week availability for this month but only had 1 shift until now. I have also been calling the agency almost everyday and sent messages to my agent to follow up but did not seem to help at all. Very frustrating

If there was a way to give xxxxxxxxxx (10 stars), I would gladly give this amazing company. As an agency nurse that has worked with various nursing agencies in the past, I can boldly declare that MedicsPro has the highest level of professionalism I’ve ever encountered. Right from the first week I joined them, they have not relented in the quality of service they provide. From ensuring that I have shifts that I am comfortable with, to paying the correct wages on time! As well as, “having my back!!!” For me, they tick all my boxes and more. What’s more to ask, when you have a very friendly bunch a phone call away? Do the math😊

2 months that i am part of this agency, and still haven't been booked for a single shift. Very disappointed. When they wanted me to join kept saying that they are the main provider of most of the healthcare companies...not true!!!

Medics Pro have been fantastic from the start. I can’t fault them. Dave and Molly are always on the end of the phone when I need them and are both always so helpful and supportive! Never out of work!

I have worked with MedicsPro for 8yrs now.
I found them to be one of the best, if not the best agency.

I have been a locum for medicspro since 2012 to this day, and this is due to the support and high standards of Dave Harold and of course Jonathan Mears, who are very professional, approachable with effective communication. Working for medicspro is the best choice I have ever made and I have had a good line of work over the years with an extensive CV. Dave has always supported me through any challenges I experienced.
The compliance team does a fantastic job of ensuring that all my mandatory training is upto date, as well as additional services such appraisals and revalidation are of great value and made it easier for me to practice as a locum. I am proud to be part of this organisation and would highly recommend the agency

Medicspro is really good and professional. I have been with them for just over a year now, there were some problems with delayed payment at the start, I voiced this out and there has been a very good improvement since then. They do appraisals which is almost unheard of at some other agencies and they keep everything up to date and listen to your concerns. They really look after their staff very well and check in regularly. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with MedicsPro, Luke is great, always available, very proactive and keeps me updated. I’ve worked with them for over a year, registering was v straightforward and I’ve worked full time at the same hospital since. No issues at all, payroll is very efficient and timely. Great support from Gail for appraisals and revalidation. No complaints here.

I've worked with MedicsPro Agency for nearly 2 years now and never regret it. The staffs are professional especially Luke, my consultant who deals with your concerns straight away. I've rated 4 stars since I've experienced delays of payment every first week of January. Other than that week, payments are on time.
