Scam company. Trying to return dreadful (far too large in size - impossible to wear) hearing aids but they do not respond to either emails or phone calls. Being a pensioner I cannot afford to be out of pocket by £70. Shameful company.

I wanted to give them zero stars, but I had to click one to continue! It’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t received my goods! The tracker says it made it to the destination facility since 11/7/25! I am pissed because I don’t play about my money! They never answer the contacts or the vm is full! Hopefully PayPal will refund my money!

This company is definitely scammers. I ordered the facial hair remover from them and it doesn't work. First of all it smells like the Nair removel product. Secondly it is stated a refund within ninety days if you are not satisfied with the product. Last but not least, this company does not reply to any emails nor do their phone number accept messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISED PRODUCTS. They willfully defraud people as a living. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I’m only giving 4 stars because I’ve sent several email and I don’t get a reply . I was skeptical in the beginning thought I was being scammed , but the product came and it was exactly what I wanted . I bought the get dreamy cream and am really happy with it . Not to mention it was the best price also . Would like to order again

I purchased 2 bottles and finished both and there was,absolutely no change everything remained the same as day 1. So please don't waste your money

I ordered the facial hair remover and it stank like poop and I spot checked it and it burned my skin.

Scamming is a crime.

Total scam. No product delivered, phone disconnected, email no longer active. Charged $49.95. Took my money. Looked like a legit business. I had actually bought something from that company before. I’m gathering someone made a fake site. Very disappointed. I’d actually given them a good review before.

I bought 5 jars of Maelys Get-Dreamy and it's a total fraud. Spent 100$ on this nasty, sticky, stinky purple slime and they won't respond to emails so I can't attempt to return it. DONT SHOP HERE. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEY DONT CARE WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

SCAM company as everyone has said. Now I have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back. I will never order from an unknown company again without searching its validity. I ordered the hair removal cream that promised I’d get an extra one. I will report this company to the appropriate authorities. May they rot! People don’t have money to just give away. The wicked will perish. I placed my order on August 1st. It’s now the 15th and their phone number is disconnected.

This is still an ongoing issue. A double order went through my Google pay without my two factor authentication. I reached out via email for days to cancel as the items were being sent to an address I dont live in. Their customer service line is not registered also. I went through my bank and it is being disputed as FRAUD. DO NOT BUY OR SEARCH THIS SITE

Scam! Never received my purchase and the phone number is now disconnected, you can only send an email… Good Luck getting a response! I will never use them again

Ordered hearing aids on 8th June 2025 it is now 16th July 2025 still no hearing aids. Sent numerous emails and received reply from jessa jane telling me they were priority to send to me. Tracking number still saying received by evri 25th June. I have requested my money back but heard nothing. BEWARE

I placed an order for Korean Skincare on June 2nd. On June 8th and June 12th, they apologized for the delay in delivery. Finally I got an email that the product had shipped and was given the tracking information. The tracking information doesn't work and I still have not received anything or got the refund that I requested. This is a terrible company.

Very slow delivery , product (hair remover cream GROEI) absolutely useless , leaves stubble and burns you face . AVOIDAVOIDAVOID

On May 8, 2025 I ordered hearing aids. $82.94 was removed from my acct immediately. They said I would have them by May 16th. All I'm getting are erroneous tracking numbers (the same over and over). It is now May 30th, and I have nothing. I have requested an immediate refund or the hearing aids and get no response. There is no working phone number.....Just a person named Jessa Jane (who I'm 100% sure is made up). I'm angry at myself and can't afford to lose $82 dollars. I'm even angrier at myself because I used my debit card instead of my Capital One acct. At least if I had used that it would be easier to resolve the money issue. STAY AWAY FROM MEDICPURE. They are definitely not a reputable company.

I only do reviews if the product/service is exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. Our experience with medicpure.com has been exceptionally bad. My worst online experience in several years.
After reading the glowing reviews on the medicpure.com website for their "MediBrace - Shoulder Massager", on March 25, 2025 I ordered one for my wife who suffers from chronic shoulder pain. The "brace" did not arrive until April 16, 2025. The product arrived in a sealed plastic bag, but the product box was was unsealed, had zero literature on how to use the brace, and the brace, strap, charging cord, etc. appeared to be a return item. My medicpure receipt stated there was "60 Days Money Back" and deceptively implied medicpure had a 5-star Trustpilot rating. On April 17, 2025 my wife called medicpure to arrange a return only to find out well over half of the $59.97 charged to our credit card would be kept for "shipping, a $25 restocking fee, etc., etc.".... So much for the "60 Days Money Back".
Regarding medicpure's Trustpilot "1.8 star" rating, even that is deceptive. AS of the writing of this review there were 17 previous reviews: One (1) 2-star rating and (16) 1-star ratings. Do the math. Medicpure's overall Trustpilot star rating is 1.1 stars.... after rounding UP to the nearest tenth of a star.
I wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews before placing my medicpure order. The good news for us is that our credit card is refunding us the charge, but it's frustrating that Visa is eating the cost when medicpure is 100% at fault. Lesson learned, never order from an unfamiliar website without first checking Trustpilot, and, love it or hate it, Amazon offers the same type of device, from several vendors, with true "money back" guarantees.

March 5, I responded to ad for a shoulder device that said to use heat and vibration for shoulder pain I charged my debit card $49.98 and got confirmation the order received and would be mailed in 24 hours. On March 11 I inquired why not delivered and reply said they were bogged down by many orders and sent me a code that I could check to see where the device was in transit.
On March 27 I got a package in the mail with a box that was damaged, crushed and torn, but wrapper was not at all damaged, that had a knee device in it. I wondered why if it had been a return and tried to see if it would charge, and it did not and it would not accept any programming. A broken device. I wrote email to the company Medicpure to ask where my shouder device was and they told me I could keep the non functioning knee device and use that as it would work on my shoulder too. I replied that I ordered a shoulder device adn they obtained payment and expected to get what I ordered. It was supposed dto have a 30 warranty if not satisfied. I wrote to send me a prepaid shipping label if they want the non funcitonal knee device returned, and to send me the should device that I paid for. I got three replys each time making the same directions to use the knee device, shapped in a H that of course cannot function as a brace not trget the area with pain that I ordered. The are an obvious scam company I see now as they had no company address or phone number. I get no name on the emails they send to me. It is gaslighting, the generous and conerned directions to use the knee device on mu shoulder. I expect to have some splinting of the sholder joint, being a reigisterd nurse and know there is a difference between a knee and shoulder. Same reply three times, refusing to refund my payment of $49.98. Forget about getting anythiing from this scam company. No phone number and no name on any communication. It sounds like a group of druggies are taking my money and sending broken devices as another complaint almost identical to mine.
BTW there were no instuctions in the box on the use of the knee device, but obvious does not charge nor light up when tryingt o program it for use. It is obviously a returned non functioning device they hope I will just go away. I will not and will report this to the officials who investigate scammers. I did try to send via such company but it would not send that was disturbing. Just answer is not a useful site and seems these concerns should go directly to someone that would prevent these advertisemtns from continuing as they are still advertising this device now for ten dollars more. I am 82 years old retired and have been victimized since being a senior too many times. What does trust pilot do besides posting these complaints.

I ordered a shoulder brace after watching YouTube add, it didn't come. I complained, they want to resend me. I pushed them very much, correspondenced them over 20X to send my shouder brace and told them I can contact paypal, they will return my payment. since december 2024 and now got it (30.03.2025 = 6 months). But I received a defect goods. NO WARM, NO MOVEMENT, NO VIBRATION, NO SIGN OF WORK. The loop cannot be used. It doesn't stick and is too long. It was definetely a defect goods from returned good. BUT I EXPECT TO HAVE AN INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: NONE -NOTHING IS THERE. Every new product has an instruction for use in the box.
In the end after 6 months teasing me, I don't have power anymore to bargain again. I throw it away. sellawie!! se la ˈvi

This is distgusting Please don't buy from them. I should have read the reviews before buying. It is not a shoulder brace it's a leg brace but they advertise it as a shoulder brace. It is very small and tight fitting for shoulder and the straps are not wide enough and adjustable for part of your arm where it is meant to go round. It has buckles which are not fully able to go round your arm. I asked to send it back and they told me I would have to pay nearly £24 to send it back. This product is advertised as a shoulder brace..it is not , it is a knee brace. Not as described and company make you pay extortionately for sending it back!!!!!

Scam company. Ordered shoulder massager to be ‘despatched within 24 hours’. Two weeks later nothing received. Emailed to be assured it would be despatched immediately. A week later nothing but a tracking number confirmed it was still ‘processing’. Sent a further email which was ignored. Filed a PayPal claim and got an immediate refund, so it was all a pack of lies. AVOID!
