The Customer Service Team makes a difference!

The Customer Service Team makes calls to you to make sure that both you are doing well and that the device is operating correctly. They will even stay on the phone line while you test the device. Each person whom has reached out to me has patience, is kind and courteous over the phone.

I bought this for my parents

I bought this for my parents. After my father’s death, it became obvious your business model is to take advantage of the elderly. You never have repaid me for the non use of 10 months. Even though you knew my father had died, in the next year you still charged me as though he was alive. When this was pointed out to you, it took forever to be repaid. And you still owe me $90 for the time my father did not use the alert. He died in December 2024. That is my experience with you. You take advantage of the elderly.

I only use it once in a whole year

I only use it once in a whole year, but when I used it at the fire department was here in a couple minutes took me to hospital. It works very happy with it.

I sent this email and never received a response:

Hello-
I am contacting you on behalf of my mother. She pays a great deal of money for her service with you to keep her safe, as she has had several recent falls. Her alerts will go off when she is doing simple tasks, however it did not sound during her last two falls - one of which was this morning. Luckily she was conscious and able to call for help.

My other concern is she says she can't wear it most of the day because it is taking 12 hours to charge. I just received this information. This system seems very ineffective if she can't wear it during the day when she is moving around the house.

We were very thankful she had this device when she fell a few weeks ago, and was able to contact the fire department for help. I am concerned that she paid nearly $1000 this year for a service that works sporadically. Considering her life could depend on this device working it was very unnerving to me today that a fall to the pavement did not create a call for help.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Fall in home

My husband fell in our home so he pressed his button on his necklace. They responded immediately and the firemen were called and they helped him stand up. So grateful.

Fall =- Hospital

Dec 4 and Feb 13 fell both times. Spent one week each time at United Hospital, Saint Paul, MN I do not have fall feature as it was too sensitive so need to push the neck button. Bed ridden most of December
and now February = lots of bills slow in getting paid including yours but you are threatening penalty = I will give up my switch to another company. Thomas Edwin Koepke Mendota Heights, MN
