I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have never been through this process before. It was a very relaxed and calm environment and I felt comfortable in expressing my views. The Mediators gave very constructive points to keep the meeting moving forward resulting in an agreeable and accepted decision by all attending parties. I am very glad that I attended and hope that all agreed decisions are adhered too.
