Bedrijf met goede service en zeer klantvriendelijk
Boek dat ik had besteld, had helaas twee (lichte) beschadigingen. Mogelijk ontstaan door de postbezorging. Ik heb direct contact gezocht hierover met Media Boekservice. Meteen de volgende dag kreeg ik een nette en keurige mail terug, waarbij een fantastische oplossing werd geboden.
De service en klantvriendelijkheid staan bij Media Boekservice hoog in het vaandel. Hulde! Daar kan menig ander bedrijf nog wat van leren.
