We had a great driver who communicated with me via Whatsapp and helped me locate him and his car. He had a nice vehicle and was friendly, and made sure that we arrived safely to our hotel.

I enjoyed this experience. I would definitely use it again. I was worried about coming to Colombia with all the negative current events in the news. This is why I wanted to use a reputable service from the airport to my hotel. The driver did his job, he took me where I needed to go and was friendly. Had a good conversation with him.

I would have loved it if the company sent a reminder the day before regarding the booked trip so you know you weren't forgotten, especially when you book months in advance. The Whatsapp # on the site stopped working and I had to send multiple emails for pick-up confirmation. Use the Contact Us info on the site for quicker responses.
They will send an email 2-3 hours before your pick-up time to say a driver was scheduled.

We used Medellin Airport Transfer for rides between the airport in Rionegro and Medellin and for a Medellin city tour. The service was timely, the vehicles very comfortable, and the drivers/guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had three different drivers and each did a nice job in communicating when they would arrive, and then meeting/exceeding expectations. We will use them next time we are in Medellin.

We had to transport an unexpected piece of luggage of a group member that arrived earlier and the driver helped fit everything without frustration and let us drop the luggage off despite it being an additional stop. The driver drove safely and did not get lost.
