INCOMPETENT

I would not give this one star! They don’t deserve one!
I have emailed them tiredly at least 25 times! Every email they have responded with ticket numbers.
I’ve made 5 phone calls come to find out I’ve been talking to a robot who says they will call me within 2 to 3 hours! I’ve been waiting for a phone call since October 30, 2025!
These are the names of the people that respond and never follow through
Jenny, Emma, Ralph, Sophie,Ace and Maya and all of them have ignored everything I’ve said!
They took $160 and they choose to ignore me and I have no product and not to mention I paid for priority shipments!

What a load of shyte this is

What a load of shyte this is. If I could give it minus 10 I would Chinese crap again. Professes to be in UK. Don’t waste your money. Total shyte of the first order. Scammers at their best.
