Test kit results do not match lab-based serology results

I ordered 5 test kits from Medakit and received them promptly. After testing on a patient with a positive lab-based serology test resulted in two false negatives, I would conclude that these test kits don't work.

Fast shipping and good tests

Received them in Casablanca - Morroco 6 days after ordering them !! I've confirmed they work (tested on a patient who had the Covid-19 and results showed an IgG positive, which is concluent).

Will order again !

Quality tests

Well received ! To be honest I was a bit skeptical about this website, but they ended up delivering on time; the Medakit test works really well. Tested on confirmed Covid-19 patients and the results were very accurate. (100% accuracy so far based 6 patients).

Excellent communication with this company

I can't state anything about the test itself yet (only just arrived today) but I can say that the company kept me well informed about delivery times and answered ALL my numerous questions regarding their product .... sometimes even instantly answering me when I emailed them late in the evening.

Ordered a kit, never got it...

Ordered a kit, didn’t arrive after 2 weeks although I had chosen Express Delivery. After asking them where my order was they admitted they didn’t even send it! But they gave me a full refund so I guess it’s a legit business.
