I ordered a trimui smart pro in August that got lost in the shipping process. Since I paid for shipping protection, support eventually sent a replacement I received today. Thanks for making things right for me.

My order was lost by the shipping company more than a year ago when I ordered. I decided to just try and see if Mechdiy would even respond to the query since it was already way too long. If there's a statute of limitation, I definitely blew past it.

Anyway, the support staff was very kind, and immediately offered me a full refund. I was so blown away. I eventually applied the refund to an Anbernic handheld, and they added a carry case as a gift for me.

This was more than an excellent experience, and I recommend Mechdiy a thousand times over.

I came across Mechdiy purely by chance I had recently purchased a Trimui smart pro from AliExpress and was viewing videos on how to install Crossmix OS, one of them pointed me to Mechdiy where a 128gb Crossmix OS card could be bought for a very reasonable price saving me the hassle of making one myself. It arrived within 10 days and worked perfectly excellent communication with them was so happy with the experience that I ordered a Onion OS card for my Miyoo mini plus again perfect.
My only regret is not finding Mechdiy sooner will defiantly be using them in the future I highly recommend them

Great prices, fast deliveries

No issues with entire transaction and had option for shipping insurance that was cheap enough it was worth it. Could have bought same product at other sites for about the same money but they offered value add (preloaded SD card) above the rest.

Until now I ordered 7 retro consoles: Miyoo Mini Plus Retro Handheld Game Console with storage bag/console controller handle/3d printed Magnetic charging dock, a KT-R1 G99, an Anbernic RG35XXwith storage bag, an Anbernic RG405M with storage bag, a Trimui Smart Pro Retro with storage bag, an Anbernic RG Nano, a Powkiddy RGB20SX and last but not least a Miyoo A30 Retro Handheld Gaming Console with its storage bag. All the orders ok. One time I had received an unreadable sdcard and they immediately sent me another one, but in the meanwhile gave me a link to download the operating system and start playing on another sdcard while waiting the new one. Fully satisfied until now, they're professional and precise. For me they're highly raccomended
