returning the sofa on mebligo.fr

An update about returning the sofa on mebligo.fr. After all these attempts to reach them by using their contact number and e mail on their website it didn't work for 20 days but I found another contact mail on Amazon mebligo.fr and mailed them. After 2 weeks and after mailing them again and again they took the sofa and refunded the money. Maybe they are not scamming but they have a very bad customer service and not good quality sofas. If you are struggling to return the item that you bought on mebligo.fr find the same seller on Amazon and contact them via e mail again and again finally you will achieve to return it.
