Exceptional, outdoor-bred iberico pork.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I had the misfortune of ordering from Meat Me at Home, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Where do I even begin?

First off, the delivery was a complete disaster. Instead of bringing the meat to my doorstep as promised, they decided to play a game of "guess where your food is" by dropping it off at a random COOP. By the time I tracked down my order, it was a sorry sight to behold.

The ice? Melted. The meat? Completely defrosted and at room temperature. It was like they were trying to blame me for picking up the package late (Picked up according to the guideline from DPD email).

But wait, it gets better! When I contacted their so-called "customer service," they had the audacity to wash their hands of any responsibility. Apparently, once they hand off your order to DPD, it's not their problem anymore. How convenient for them!

They promised to "discuss with DPD and get back to me ASAP." Spoiler alert: they never did. I even sent a follow-up email, which they probably used as digital scratch paper because I certainly didn't get a response. In summary: Room-temperature meat, non-existent customer service, and a company that seems to think "responsibility" is just a fancy 13-letter word.

Save yourself the headache (and potential foodborne illness) and order from literally anywhere else.

Such a fantastic company, our new go to butcher. The meat sent to us was exceptional & the service was amazing. I cannot recommend enough.

From order through to delivery, there was excellent communication. I had to be out when delivery was expected and was easily able to designate a safe location to leave it. Thanks to the excellent insulated packaging (happy to see the use of wool), all products were still frozen, and I am looking forward to tasting them in due course. Previous items have been delicious!

I would recommend this company to everyone based on this case. Of course, they could fail in the future, but how they deal with it, will also give an indication of the company.

I don't want to tell you how good the Iberico pork is. You might try it and like it as much as I do, then the demand and price will go up.
Please don't try the pork.

This is the 5th time purchase meat from MMAH, the meat was arrived on time and in prefect condition (well packed and iced). The meat itself also very fresh and as good as the website described.

Very good quality Wagu products as a whole. I've tried a few other beef short ribs from other specialty suppliers as well as local top end butchers. MMAHs selection are excellent.
Customer support is excellent as well.

Excellent thermal packing delivered on time. The pork was used to make roast pork, it was the most popular dishes on our dining table in the lunar new year dinner.
