I've bought a lot of clothing from this company over the years, but on this occasion sent the item back. A straightforward return process and a speedy return of my money. Reassuring.

Apart from beautiful clothes, the staff are so helpful! Nothing was too much bother! The dress I loved was out of stock and they offered to order it in and have it delivered to my hotel, free of charge! It arrived within 24 hours!

I have bought a few products from M&EM, both in store and online. The online products arrive in great condition and are easy to return if needed.
The products themselves are all of great quality and are a little bit different from others.
I would love to see ME&EM offer more petite size particularly in some of their jackets as you loose detail on the sleeves if they are shortened.

I recently bought a hat from the King's Road shop. The service was excellent and I am looking forward to wearing my lovely hat for many years to come.

I love all me ME+EM dresses, they are all very well made, high quality fabric and the attention to detail is outstanding. The always fit perfectly with a great cut - which to me is important.
I receive many compliments when wearing any of my dresses whatever the season. Please keep doing what you are so good at.

I have bought clothing from Me&em for a few years and have usually been very happy with the products and service. Recently the prices and type of clothes has changed aiming to appeal primarily to more affluent women and a narrower demographic. I’ll continue to look for clothes but I’m optimistic that I will be successful

I have shopped with ME and EM since the beginning. In fact I still have some of the earliest knitwear! I am now 78 and have recently bought a pair of jeans from your Marylebone store. The assistant was kind and helpful, I am only 5 ft tall so trousers are always a challenge!
I have also bought a dress but had to return as it was far too long even though it was sold as "midi" length. The quality is always fantastic and I will continue to shop with you. Shorter lengths would be good!

I have been buying from Me+Em for nearly 10 years…..I really like the brand but it’s changing… the quality is slightly less than before - the cheesecloth dress this year is thinner and not as good …..the sizing has changed ….i used to be a 10 and now im a 12 (I am the same!!) not a huge issue as I’m not fixated on numbers but a pain when ordering- in general the short dresses have got shorter and therefore too short ..maybe I’m now too old for the brand but an extra inch or two on the dress should not go a miss and given you can always shorten an outfit rather than lengthen it may be you would sell more??
Then one thing that originally attracted me to the brand was the pop of colours….thus seems to be less obvious and the palette tends to be ‘safe’ and finally I have visited a number of stores in London and in general the attitude of the staff has changed …..since when did they become ’too cool for customer service’ at times they act as if I’m am lucky to be let in!
It saddens me to write this ….and maybe these things happen when a company wants to expand and the bigger picture gets driven by the finance department rather than the original driver…the design department

Great experience in the new Manchester store. Lovely, friendly staff, a great, curated selection of beautiful clothing. And the fit - well it feels like every dress is made to measure, perfect.

Visited the store in Marylebone in London recently. Beautiful selection of clothes and staff were very helpful.

I love Me and Em clothes mainly due to the quality, fit and attention to detail. Eveything I buy is flattering. It is expensive but mostly worth the cost. On the negative side it would be helpful if online orders could be collected in store at no additional cost. I often find my store does not stock eveything and although postage is fairly quick it is costly. Another request could be to offer shorter lengths. I am 5’4” tall and I just paid £54 to have a dress shortened by 2 inches due to the double layer finish. I always need trousers shortened. This sometimes has an influence on whether I buy from Me and Em or another store. Please try to make most items washable especially daywear. Having said all that I do love clothing and will continue to shop there. The brochure gives me lots of ideas so I enjoy that coming through the letterbox.

If you want something special or something classic that you will wear for years, Me+Em is the place. I shop online. Prices are high. Deliveries are quick, if overpackaged. Refunds are rapid.

Absolutely love this company. Clothes are beautifully made and high quality, Returns are easily done and refunds are quick. On the very rare occasion something has gone awry with a return customer service has been very efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Loving all my MEandEM clothes. Great quality, style and love the web site as it helps with putting clothes together in a slightly different and more edgy way. Sometimes have problems with ordering online but I am over 70 so find the internet a bit daunting at times! However when I call to place an order I find your staff friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.
Sizing is great and each garment has its own chart which helps a lot as a size 8 in each style does not necessarily have the same measurements. On the rare occasions that I have had to make a return it has been a smooth process. Have recently used the size swap feature and that was brilliant.
