I had a very successful styling experience in the Brook Street store when I was looking for an outfit for my sons wedding, and bought a dress and shoes, and have subsequently bought a jacket to complete the outfit. Thank you.

Delivery was prompt and I was able to collect my order from the post office.

Always a great experience online shopping with this store. Sizing is perfect for me. Quality of garments always exceptional and efficiency of delivery and returns is first class too!
Thrilled that I can now also get to a local(ish) store in Manchester too. I shopped there for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience too.
The store was laid out with just one size garment in the whole range so you could really see how to mix and match. Plus assistants were readily available to grab your size and guide you to the most beautiful fitting rooms. The staff were so friendly it really was a treat to shop in store!

The quality of Me + Em's clothing is first rate. The fabric, the tailoring, the style - really unparalleled in most fashion today. It's pricey, but I feel that the exceptional quality and customer service support the price. If something doesn't work out, returns are simple. The pieces last forever and are flattering on women of all ages. Me + Em does to disappoint!

I came across ME&EM only a couple of years ago at a timely moment when I wanted to make changes in my wardrobe. Since then I have transformed my wardrobe to pretty much all ME&EM for the simplicity of mix and match, easy travel solutions, a cohesive personal style. I appreciate their introduction of more and more accessories (and comfortable shoes!). As a person who wears mostly upscale casual clothing, I find that the good cuts and fabric make all the difference, for example, a Shirt/pants/blazer combination is instantly elevated.
Most everything is high quality, I would say the tshirts did not stand up quite as hoped. I still purchase items from (only) ME&EM, only less quantity as my wardrobe renovation is complete and I only need little details. I am complimented on my style all the time.

I love the quality and style of ME+EM. The cashmere is noticeably superior to many other top brands - less pilling and good thickness. One thing I would ask for is more items for smaller people. I know 2 women who are 5'10". The vast number in my family and friends are more around 5'2". Even if you just offer more ¾ sleeves or cropped pants.....

I am happy with your product and service, I wished shipping would be faster. Also I find the design of the super wide palazzo pants very unique and smart, they are great for everyday casual look, great to ware to yoga, travel, etc and it would be lovely to have them in an off white color for summer. I also find them supper long and wished there was an option for long and regular size.

Finally found a site for quality and fashion. All my purchases have been well made and launder beautifully. I am a senior but still dress fashionably and classic. Perfect partner for my esthetics. Customer service is always a great help with sizing.

THE best trousers ever. Fit is incredible, detail really thought through and the quality outstanding. Dresses and jumpsuits same. Every time beautifully presented/wrapped whether in store or online and the quality speaks for itself. Don’t order ‘just to see’ as you will not send it back! Traditional pieces that last season after season. Love them!

I love this line for its up to the minute design s and fabulous quality. It is so different than the clothing being sold in the US.

I have been in love with Me+Em for many years, and a significant part of my wardrobe comes from the brand. The quality and tailoring are usually excellent. However, their pieces are not truly suited for petite frames, despite having an online section called “petite flattering” and, more recently, offering a “Short” option in trousers (a small selection of trousers).

In addition, their returns process used to be much more efficient. A few years ago, it was possible to return online purchases in any store, which made the experience far more straightforward.

Lastly, while I understand the business rationale, seeing Me+Em expand into the US market does not make me entirely happy. It feels like the first step toward a broader massification of the brand—similar to what happened with Reiss. I personally preferred it when it felt like a more exclusive British label.

That said, I will continue to buy a good portion of my clothes from Me+Em because I genuinely love the style. I just hope I don’t start finding myself wearing the same pieces as American influencers online. Sometimes, selling less preserves what makes a brand truly special.
