I det lille bryggeri Une Mjød på Nordfyn, med Kenneth Jensen i spidsen, kan du købe dansk mjød, som vi selv brygger på gammeldags maner. Alle vores produkter til salg laves fra bunden uden brug af kemi, trykfiltre eller andre genveje. Vi prioriterer en autentisk oplevelse, som dengang vikingerne lavede den gyldne gudedrik, og tilsætter ikke alkohol. Alkoholprocenten skyldes udelukkende den naturlige gæringsproces. Une Mjøds princip er naturlighed, tid og gode råvarer, da vi mener, det afføder den bedste mjød af højeste kvalitet. Vi står selv for hele processen - lige fra udvælgelsen af honning til mjød, bær og urter, over gæring og lagring, til tapning og forsegling af den drik, som vi har kælet for på bedst mulige måde. Derfor står vi 100% inde for vores mjød som kan slukke mange tørstige ganer. - Derved sikrer du dig også at dit mjød køb her på siden er med de bedste råvarer. Flere af Kenneth Jensens mjød har vundet særlige priser, og i 2023 blev Torden Cyser 0,75l kåret som Årets Mjød ved Dansk Vinstue.

Exquisite bottles and lovely mead

I've ordered quite a few bottles already and I strongly recommend the mead they sell. The bottles look great in anyone's collection, the taste is wonderful and the customer service is pristine, they are very friendly and prompt. 6 stars out of 5! 👌🏻
