I ordere two dresses and only received one. I hve emailed them 6 times and have sent four messages through social media, and no one will respond to me. Fot hsi price point I would expect better.
ordered two items on sale. unfortunately i found out that they dont take back items on sale. althought it is forbidden in the European Union, they didnt react to several emails, even Paypal tried to contact them.
Therefore I wouldn't recommend to order anything from this company, as it is not trustworthy.
Trying to contact them as ordered 4 shirts and received 2! Emailed numerous times no response! It’s a shame as I like the clothes but won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved!

Requested a partual return for my order as per instruction through their webpage and no answer for several days.
I have reached out to them on their website, FB and instagram and still no response.
I bought a woolen cardigan produced by this brand. Ar the start I was a bit disappointed - the cloth shed a lot. But after I cut it off cardigan staying in a perfect condition. I washed it twice already (cold water, hand wash etc) and the pattern still seemed very stylish as new after 6 months of usage.
So in total I could say I'm satisfied with price/quality.
