I signed up on LifePoints on April 19, 2026, and successfully completed my profile. I did the first 10-point survey, answered all the quality check questions perfectly, and my account was ready.
Then, 5 minutes later, I checked back and found my account was already banned before I could even start a real survey. WTF. To make it even more ridiculous, after they banned me, they actually sent me an email asking me to 'complete my profile.'
Because of the ban, I have no option to redeem anything and I'm not receiving any surveys anymore. Their automated security system is so stupid that it flags new users who haven't even done anything wrong.
If their system is this broken, I’m out. Account deleted. Looking for a better alternative.

I signed up to LifePoints on April-13-2026, hoping to do surveys for money. After a week of grinding through the surveys and managing to collect 102 points, I went to check the gift card section again today and found that EVERY SINGLE GIFT CARD HAS DISAPPEARED.
I can no longer access the rewards I have earned, as I am now being forced with a message: “Looks like you need to link a PayPal account…”.
This is a complete “SCAM” and a disgraceful data-mining method. The moment you have earned proper points, they change the rules to want access to your PayPal account. If you don’t link it, they practically rob you of your money and resources.
LifePoints is not a trustworthy company; they just want all your personal financial information. It is disgusting to be so shameless as to bait-and-switch new users.
Avoid LifePoints at all costs! Refrain from sacrificing either your peace of mind or your precious time for a company with absolutely no integrity.

I am writing this to warn everyone: stay from LifePoints. They are very unprofessional and unfair.
As I was about to redeem my rewards the Gift Card section disappeared from my dashboard. I contacted support. Got a copy-paste message from Olivia. She said:
* My account is suspended for Quality Standards.
* She could not provide details about the suspension for security reasons.
This is a scam. I was loyal for, over a year. Suddenly did not pass their quality standards just as I was about to get paid. It's clear that LifePoints waits for users to accumulate points then bans them to avoid paying.
To everyone reading this: LifePoints is taking advantage of you for free market research. They sell your info to companies and then kick you out with no money. I wasted my time and effort on this company.
LifePoints is not a survey site; it's a data-harvesting scam. Don't trust them.

My experience with LifePoints has been extremely disappointing.
I completed over 30 surveys honestly and spent a significant amount of my valuable time on the platform. Over time, I accumulated approximately ₹2000 in rewards, which I had not yet redeemed. Without any prior warning, my account was suddenly suspended and all my earned points were forfeited. When I contacted support, I only received generic responses stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no specific explanation provided.
I have carefully reviewed the Terms & Conditions and, to the best of my understanding, I have not violated any rules. What makes this especially upsetting is that I genuinely relied on this as a small way to treat myself. I work full-time and also have family responsibilities, which makes it difficult to make ends meet. These rewards were something I had earned through my time and effort, and losing them without explanation feels extremely unfair. At the very least, I believe users should be allowed to redeem the points they have already earned. I used other survey channels like Swagbucks and Valued opinions, such a thing has never happened.
I would appreciate a proper review of my case and a fair resolution.
UPDATE: Following LifePoints’ public response, I raised a ticket with the reference “SITEREVIEW-TP” as requested.
My case was reviewed again by their Quality Team, but the decision was upheld without any specific explanation. I continue to receive the same generic response stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no transparency or evidence provided.
It is extremely disappointing that even after escalation, there is no accountability or willingness to offer a fair resolution. At the very least, users should be allowed to redeem the rewards they have already earned through their time and effort.
This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

You have to fill out at least a couple dozen surveys before earning enough "points" for a $5.00 payout! Then after that, there are suddenly no more surveys available to you. Total waste of time.

Unfortunately, this website is a scam. After dealing with them for a year and a half, I had to change my email address because I changed my device. Afterwards, the website blocked me even though I hadn't made any mistakes and they didn't give me any convincing reason for the ban.

Reply from LifePoints
Just been banned from this for apparently contravening the rules, but are not prepared to tell me why. That’s after building up enough points for a £25 reward. It feels like a big con so they can avoid paying out. Will be raising with Trading standards.

Scammers, ban you for no reason and refuse to pay out the surveys you earnt. Avoid
EDIT: They are trying to claim I left a review on the "wrong" site and they threaten to "flag" my review.
Note reviews on Google Play saying EXACTLY the same things, and with the SAME logo as I have reported, search playstore: com.kantarprofiles.lifepoints

Can't sign-in to my account for past three months.
I can't sign-in to my lifepoints account. Despite constant complaints on their contact page still no solution provided. I cant still sign-in to my account and access surveys. This problem persists for past three months and despite constant complaints they can't provide a solution.

I've been using them for years and it seems the last 6 months have been terrible. Every time I get close to cashing out like within 50 points, every available survey disappears for about a week or more preventing me from cashing out.
I could have a full dashboard of surveys around 20+ and get to where I need just a few points to cashout and BOOM every survey is gone, or the available surveys screen me out until there is nothing left.
And if j do manage to get enough points to cashout the surveys dry up for weeks.
I used to cashout every single day for $5 for years. Now it's just bad and not worth the time anymore.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE. These are scammers and do NOT pay out. And use excuses you have broken a rule. LifePoints don’t bother replying to my review I will be going to the ombudsman as what you’ve done is completely unfair and goes against UK regulations. You think you can do what you like I can assure you that you cannot. You have picked on the wrong person this time and I will be reporting your fraudulent company to the appropriate regulators and won’t stop until I’ve reached the desired outcome

I want to warn everyone about LifePoints' outright fraudulent and scamming behavior. My account was in perfect standing, fully functional, and I diligently earned my points. The problem began the moment I tried to withdraw my balance.
After requesting my cash withdrawal, the payment was excessively delayed. I contacted support, and they lied, claiming the "prize wasn't available at the moment." I waited, then complained two more times. Each time, they dismissed me with empty promises like "we'll look into it" and then closed my tickets, marking them as "unsolved" without any resolution or follow-up.
When I reached out again yesterday, they escalated the scam. They had the audacity to lie and claim they had previously contacted me about an issue, which is an absolute falsehood—they had only closed my tickets. Then, out of nowhere, they informed me my account was indefinitely suspended for "not meeting quality standards."
When I demanded the specific reasons for this sudden suspension and the theft of my earned money, they hid behind the pathetic excuse of "security reasons," refusing to provide a single detail. I was never warned, never told off, and never punished for any rule violation prior to this. They simply waited until I cashed out to fabricate a reason to steal my balance.
This company is fundamentally dishonest. Their trash ratings on Trustpilot are well-deserved. They are not a legitimate survey panel; they are thieves who will take your completed work and then ban you when it's time to pay. They stole my money outright.
Can't wait to get the same response you gave to everyone else on here "sometimes it is necessary to inactivate an account to maintain the high standards and commitment we promise our clients" like some bots. might as well change it to 'sometimes we have to steal your data and money to get richer'!
I hope you enjoy my earnings. May you spend every penny of it on medication, Inlcuding whoever is going to respond to this message alongside the lazy theives so called "scam customer support", regretting your criminal actions every single day. Although, I doubt you evern care, not one bit.
Avoid LifePoints at all costs.

Use to be a great survey site. Now. Not so good. If you are new try somewhere else. It's changed. Use to be one of the best. Not now. One of the worst.

I have completed many surveys with LifePoints and recently- some rather frustratingly when they have frozen and you don’t then revive the points (even if you are right at the end). Recently I was invited to complete 2 more. One being a survey that was supposed to last an hour - it took 4. And then I was asked to install RealityMeter for 4 weeks and at the end I would recieve £20 work of points. I did this and then at the end of this time had to email only to be told oh you only get £20 if you installed it on your computer as well. This was not made known to me as if it had been I would have declined as I don’t own a computer! When I challenged this i was told all I would be getting was 700 points. It then also turns out the points are not the equivalent in money. So 700 points is not £7 as you would believe. No support from Customer Service who are trying to make this my issue

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to LifePoints 💙
After a whole month of answering surveys honestly and collecting points worth €45...
You guys went ahead and rewarded me by suspending my account out of nowhere.
No warning. No explanation. Just gone.
What a beautiful way to value loyal users 🫶
Highly recommend... if you enjoy wasting your time.

I am sad to join the chorus here of people who have been shut down without warning and points confiscated due to poor "quality standards".
I completely do not accept this - I am a member of several other panels who have no problems with me nor issues with paying out. Of course they refuse to give any specific reason or evidence.
I have been interested to see an apparent divergence between the "main" Lifepoints site reviews on Trustpilot (which is mixed but mostly positive) and a couple of smaller ones; notably the UK and Italy. The latter are overwhelmingly negative and reflect my own experience. Likewise in Australia (where I live), local review sites are equally damning.
Are international sites run differently? Who knows. But in the meantime, I adding my voice to any potential Aussie users of Lifepoints - stay away. Check out our home-grown review sites and listen to everyone's experiences there, and don't let them take your time and money.

I am disgusted with Life points. I have tried numerous times to redeem points which I have supplied my data and completed surveys which take time. I have tried numerous times and an error message flags up! I have sent countless messages for help along with screenshots but nothing from them. They then suspended my account and refuse to answer. I'm am absolutely raging and all I can say, don't use this company! Zero communication, take your data and information but refuse to reimburse or even solve the problem. I doubt even with this review they will do anything at all. Avoid at all costs! 😡
