Initially recieved the womens shoes which were lovely but too small. I initiated a returns which they got back to me within 24 hours with a returns address and that I had to pay for postage to send it back.
Since then I have recieved no contact from them.
29th April I send the shoes back for returns.
7th May I send an email - no reply
13th May I send a contact submission - no reply. Phone call no answer.
14th May Phone call no answer.
15th May I send a contact submission- no reply. Phone call no answer.

This has now left me with no shoes and no refund. Interesting how they can answer within 24 hours to get me to send the shoes back but are unable to get back to me at any point since returning the shoes...

Really pleased with my purchase - shoes are really lovely and are great quality, really lightweight but also supportive. I also purchased the rubber spikes which simply screw in using the tool provided. My daughter is over the moon with them. My overall experience was excellent. Really quick delivery. I would definitely buy these again.

Excellent customer service. When I had a small problem with one stud, they instantly sent out a new pair. Great to have a cricket product built for women.

I had to pay USD96 for import duties on top of the cost of the shoe. That soured my buying experience. If I had known beforehand I probably wouldn’t have bought. But since I needed a shoe for my next tournament I had no choice but to pay it.

I won a pair of cricket shoes from MePlusU and have had great communication throughout, although they were very busy at first. Currently helping me send back a pair that were a bit small to be replaced with a larger size. A+ 4 ME+U!!

Excellent service and excellent product - my daughter is delighted with the cricket shoes

Amazing! I love them so much there light and there so nice to run and fielding in. I am an opening batter and I find them so comfy to bat in. The only issue I have had is that the laces are really long because I have slim feet but otherwise I love them so much.

The boots turned up really quickly and they look great. Didn’t get to wear them at the weekend to play as the rain came and washed off the match, however, I’ve been wearing them in and they are so comfortable.

Spikes are Great! I have a history of injuries and whilst these aren't a one stop cure, they really help post game with less aches and pains by controlling movement and addding stability.
