Horrific returns process - no contact, no shoes and no refund
Initially recieved the womens shoes which were lovely but too small. I initiated a returns which they got back to me within 24 hours with a returns address and that I had to pay for postage to send it back.
Since then I have recieved no contact from them.
29th April I send the shoes back for returns.
7th May I send an email - no reply
13th May I send a contact submission - no reply. Phone call no answer.
14th May Phone call no answer.
15th May I send a contact submission- no reply. Phone call no answer.
This has now left me with no shoes and no refund. Interesting how they can answer within 24 hours to get me to send the shoes back but are unable to get back to me at any point since returning the shoes...
